Avatar f tn I am very stressed out about not being able to afford this medicine. As an alternative, I am really considering ordering from canada online pharmacy. Has anyone ordered any kind of prescriptions thru the internet? Please shed some light. Thank you.
Avatar f tn I had a really weird phone call the other day. I answered the phone and someone with a heavy accent asked me if I knew that ordering drugs from online pharmacies was illegal?( I haven't ordered from an online pharmacy in 2+ years.) So, I said yes. Then the man went on to say he was so and so from some agency and what I did was a federal crime and they were doing an investigation on online pharmacies. I told him I didn't think he was who he said he was and hung up.
Avatar f tn I have a couple of times got meds from an online pharmacy but I researched them first and none of them were overseas so I guess you should get your facts straight before you start typing! To the rest of you....thank you for your kind words.
968560 tn?1307451498 Anybody know if there is any problems taking tramadol and provigil together?
1142551 tn?1264736930 I asked the pharmacy how much it would be just to buy it and he said it cost 500.00 monthly. My question is if anyone knows of a prescription assistance program or an online pharmacy that I can get this medication for a cheaper price.
Avatar f tn Can anybody tell about a website that I can trust, where I can buy Provigil(modafinil)for less?.I dont have medical insurance and I cant afford to.pay for it at regular price.I suffer from MS and I have chronic fatigue at all times.please,Anybody know about this.
572651 tn?1530999357 Unfortunately, you cannot get Provigil/Modafinil or Nuvigil from any reputable Canada pharmacy. I am looking into any costs savings available now since my appeal for coverage was denied by my insurance company. I will post again soon when I have more options to share.
1088527 tn?1425313375 I started taking provigil yesterday and wow I cant believe the energy I scrubbed the shower down washed the cabinets down went food shopping then took dog to dog park for 4 hours then home and dinner usually just one of these activities wipes me out . I am glad that I have energy but I feel jittery my legs feel like they are going hundred miles and hour and I am stuttering badly in the am I think I am trying to talk faster then I can get it out.
565254 tn?1224716453 I am currently taking provigil for my fatigue. The pharmacy had to order it so I was out for a few days. During those days I have been headache free. It seems that my headache has come back since I started taking it again. It isn't as bad as a normal one but it is enough to be irritating. I am curious as to whether anyone else has had this issue and if so did it go away after a while. It has really helped the fatigue but I would hate to think that the daily headaches are back.
405614 tn?1329144114 I finished the morning news, all my emails, and looked up numerous Provigil articles and discussions online in less than an hour. Normally this would take me several hours. I can't make any more comments as it is much too early to make a legitimate diagnosis, but I can honestly say so far, would recommend you do whatever you need to do in order to get it approved by your insurance so you can try the medication. I am confident you will not be disappointed. Good Luck!
Avatar f tn My neuro suggested maybe trying Ritalin.....he says Provigil is the best, but it is kind of pricey even w/ my insurance.......So is Provigil worth it? ....Has anyone tried Ritalin? Has anyone had any weird s/e w/ either med??? I would be very grateful for any input....
405614 tn?1329144114 Wow! I took my first 100 mg. of Provigil yesterday. I had to get up really early to make it in to a 8:20 appt. with my PCP, and took my Provigil at 6 am. After my shower, I was feeling pretty good, still dizzy and shaky, but moving fast, ready to go in plenty of time, and took everything I needed to have with me. I got into town in time to go to my apartment, pick up some items I wanted, check in with the forum, and go to my appt. after chatting briefly with a neighbor.
1396846 tn?1332459510 I recommend using only half a tablet for a few days to get your body used to it. This is a mental stimulant and some people feel a little revv'ed up by it at first. Taking the dose up a little slowly has been helpful with that. I recommend taking it as early in the morning as possible. It can have as long as a 15 hour action in you. If I take it after 10 I have Bright Eye well into the next am. Until you see how how it acts in you, do not take it after noon.
Avatar n tn Is it safe to purchase viagra from a Canadian Pharmacy..
429700 tn?1308007823 The Ritalin is not as good as the Provigil, but it helps a little bit with the fatigue. I am going to see how it works when I start back in two weeks--that's the real test. My doctor wrote me a prescription to get the generic version of Provigil through a Canadian pharmacy. I'm going to try that if I'm too fatigued at work. I was discouraged the day of that post. If could have bitten nails! I will try really hard to hang in there at work before having to retire.
Avatar n tn her doctor that will be treating the disease is starting her on provigil. i did some research online and it seems to be pretty safe and has a lower probability of addiction is far less than the other options... the constant fatigue seems to be her biggest day to day issue. minus the depression and anxiety but that is getting much better since she went into treatment...has anyone ever used provigil or knows someone that has? any noticable side effects? and cautions you would give?
Avatar f tn t function and started the paperwork for disability. So in conjuction with my doctor and with the pharmacy help line for Provigil it was determined that for me it would be ok to cut the 200mg pill into smaller pieces. (Note - this is an option for me - don't try this without your doctors ok.) We found that my heart could tolerate a 50mg dose. (Provigil only comes in 100mg and 200 mg pills). That worked good for about 9 months. Now I am up to 75mg.
620048 tn?1358018235 For my body it is much better than Provigil. With my mail order pharmacy the cost for 90 days (1 pill per day) is $970.20 without insurance and with my insurance the cost to me is $220.91. I believe this one is worth every penny. My insurance had never approved Provigil so my doctor was giving me samples. The Nuvigil is lower in cost so my insurance company approved it without much of a fight.
595295 tn?1219239932 I recently purchased Viagra online from a website called *****. I recieved a trial pack and am pleased with the results. It worked and everything, But I am curious. Are there any serious side effects I should know about? especially when I purchase it online rather then a prescription from my doctor?
620048 tn?1358018235 Actually, if you can get some Provigil samples from your doctor (from a pharmaceutical rep) - those are the strongest Provigil you can get (usually). Also you might consider trying a different pharmacy provider for your Provigil - theirs might be fresher. I also tried green tea with ginseng which was pretty good at restoring some energy.
333672 tn?1273792789 Quix and all, I mentioned on the Monday thread about there being no compounding pharmacy nearby (the closest one is about forty minutes), but I was probably too brief. The neuro actually anticipated this problem and gave me a URL for an online compounding pharmacy in Colorado. It's called College Pharmacy and it's at http://www.collegepharmacy.com/contact.asp.
Avatar n tn In England, the person we in the colonies call a pharmacist is a chemist, and the store we call a pharmacy (or drug store) is the chemist's shop. But, yeah, your druggist or pharmacist should give you a supply to tide you over. That sais, even though your doc is away -someone is taking calls for him, and can probably give you what you need.
