I don't know what has caused the symptoms I am experiencing. Before fin I was hyper sexual and erections weren't even a thought.

t know what to do.. should I try Monday Wednesday Friday propecia? I heard there is a 5mg propecia pill you can take once a week.. can that keep my ED at bay maybe? Can once a week maybe twice propecia keep my hair but my ED away? I don't get why this is happening to me now.. But what if that starts up my ED again.. what if that ruins the recovery I've been making off the pill.. I don't want permanent ED.. I'm only 22.. I don't want to lose my hair either..
If the pain worsens then pls consult a urologist and get the other causes of testicular pain like epididymitis,orchitis,testicular torsion or any tumors of the testicles ruled out.

Age of 24, take propecia. My sexual desire dropped, no morning erections, and my ejaculate volume noticeably decreased. After a month, and a horrible sexual experience, I through out my propecia. Now 30, don’t get morning erections. Rarely wake up and find my penis a bit enlarged....but this is a rare event. My sexual desire has greatly diminished, and if it was a 10 before propecia, I would say it’s now a 5.
ve noticed that upon ejaculation, there seems to be jelly like globules present in the semen. The semen is also slightly yellow tinted. There is really no pain upon ejaculation, only the feeling of a slight buildup due to the thickness of the semen. I have been to a urologist for this and upon a semen analysis, everything came back normal. I do take Finasteride 0.5mg every other day for my hair. Could this be the cause? He insisted that it was NOT the Finasteride (propecia).

m on propecia...however, my doctor (being pretty cool), prescribed me 5mg Finasteride (i.e. Propecia). I split the pills in half, which is pretty close to the dosage for Propecia. The bottle lasts me two months, and costs me $5 because finasteride is covered on my insurance. I'm 28 years old, soooo....the insurance company DID need my doctor to verify the prescription. But like I said, he is cool :) See if your doc will hook you up the same!
Since last many months I feel occasional pain on the outer size of the testicular sac, ie, areas touching the thighs. My work involves long hours of sitting, and this gives me kind of burning senstation again in the testicular area. Sitting w/o u/w helps. Few nights back I had nocturnal discharge with immense pain on the outer sides of the sac. My question is this, there is no pain on ejaculation while I am awake, then why nocturnal discharge is painful?

Hello there. I have this weird testicular pain during the past two weeks. I have been experiencing on and off pain in my right testicle. The pain is not dull. It is more of discomfort. I have browsed for the possible diseases related to testicular pain but I can't find enough symptoms that would match my condition. I don't experience any abdominal pain, no blood in urine or semen, no fever I can't even find a lump in either of my testicles.
I attribute my erection problems to the Propecia tablet that I take daily. As you know, Propecia is 1 mg. of finasteride. Propecia has been shown to cause side effects such as erectile problems in a small minority of users. Unfortunately, I appear to be in that small minority. Once my erection problems surfaced, I began looking for a solution. I do not want to stop taking Propecia because it has done wonders for my hair.
The answer is possibly. Chlamydia and gonorrhea can cause testicular pain due to epididymitis. However, usually the pain is severe and the testicle is swollen (e.g. you would seek urgent care rather than let the pain linger around for two months). Also, it would be unusual to just have pain in the testicle, without other symptoms (e.g. urethritis).
Finally, there are plenty of non-STD causes of testicular pain. See your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
About three months ago I started taking propecia because I thought my hair was falling out too young. I experienced several side effects from the drug including total loss of sex drive, difficulty maintaining erections, loss of spontaneous erections/morning erections. I stopped taking propecia within 3 weeks due to an inability to deal with these side effects. Things seemed to be slowly getting slightly better as the weeks and months progressed however now some new issues have been arising.
I suffer pain in my lower abdomin and testicals.The testicular pain is constant and a dull pain that can get worse if I exercise ,play tennis,golf etc.I don't know if the testicular pain is coming from my back herniated disc or from the hernia. My nerologist thinks it is the hernia,although my GP thinks it os the back injury.I am scheduled to have the hernia repaired,hopin it might cure the testicular pain.Any thoughts?
Hi, about a week or 2 ago I started noticing a weird, uncomfortable feeling in my groin area. I cant really say its testicular pain because when I feel my testicles directly they dont hurt, but it feels like more something in the spermatic cord maybe. I have also noticed that my testicles are hanging as low as they usually do, which worries me. I attend a Caribbean Medical School and the clinic here is useless, I tried going there twice to see what was going on and they were of no help.
Can you tell me more about the back pain? Were you checked for kidney stones? Testicular pain, or any pain in one or both sides of the scrotum should be taken seriously. The main causes for testicular or scrotal pain include the following: infection or inflammation such as epididymitis (inflammation of one or both epididymes), trauma or injury or torsion. Other causes to consider are: testicular tumors, hernia, pudendal nerve damage, or kidney stones.

In young males, trauma during masturbation or intercourse, testicular torsion, excessive bicycle riding, hernia or kidney or ureteric stones are the commonest causes of testicular pain. Other than that, infection (Epididymitis or Orchitis) or inflammation also needs to be ruled out.
I have been taking Propecia since 2.5 years at variable doses(0.25 first 6months, 0.5 mg for one year and 1 mg for 1 year till today), In october 2016 my derm put me on accutane 10 mg and minoxiline(100mg) for treating my mild acne, I had been drinking heavily for 5 days before starting my accutane course, 10 days into the course, I started to have Gyno(Unilateral, right breast with a movable tender lump), I dropped accutane and minoxiline and also propecia after 23 days.
I decided to take cipro for two weeks, burning urnation subside but the testicular pain remains.. until now im having this pain.. Last sunday i took 1 grm of Azithromycin and nothing has change in my pain until now..... please help..thanks..
