m still doing well T- cells about 800 .Just started new med combo ( Prezista,Truvada,Combivr, Viread ). They make me ill Doc says I will get used to them . Anyone been here ? how long does it take on avarege . It has only been a week .

Handsfield, I have started with antiretroviral therapy in April this year after my cd4+ further declined to 480 and viral load remained very high at 800,000 even after 6 months after exposure. I am currently on combination of Truvada, Prezista and Norvir which I take regularly every 24 hours. I feel much better than before meds, from time to time I have soar throat, nothing serious though. I didnt notice any significant side effects except temporary diarrhoea.

Anyone on here taking tirosint? Take the insert out of the box and see if you Can make sense of the dosage information. Says you can start with a dosage of 100 mcg if you are under 50 years o,d or recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism. However if you are older than 50 or have cardiac problems you should start with .13 to .25. Therebis about 3 paragraphs of confusing dosage information.

Ive been using a tampon to insert epo since i cannot reach my cervix( its posterior so that makes it even.harder) ive never had a problem doing this, but since lastnight( found out im 4 cm and 50 effaced, and have lost mucus plug) im unable to insert a whole tampon. I feel slmething that stops me from inserting it further. Its somewhat painfule and feels like pressure when i hit it. Could it be the bag of waters? Im afraid if i push harder i may hurt baby. Anyone ever experience this?

the formula i am taking is 1tab of truvada , 3 tabs of prezista and 1 tabs of Norvir.

When wanting to insert a tampon be sure to be completely relaxed because if your tensed up its most likely harder to insert one. Also insert the tampon at angle towards you back,because if you try to stick it up straight inside you it won't go in and it might hurt. And be sure to insert it all the way in (when your fingers touch the skin) so when you stand up you don't feel any discomfort. Hope this helps! Swim fast!

How do you use I didn't think you had to insert it...

ve had breakfast, I insert one vaginally at night and take one orally at night also. It is known to soften the cervix. Which can cause contractions.

My main question is, do you recommend using a full shoe insert plus a heel insert or are they not designed to be used together? My secondary question is, are there are shoe inserts or heel inserts that treat heels spurs that are most recommended?
