I suffer from Hashimotos autoimmune disease for many years and was diagnosed last year with Lupus after suffering many years with leukopenia which was caused by the Lupus or the Premarin. I took myself off of Premarin in July 2016 and I feel so much better. My hair is now growing back after losing about 3/4 of it during a Lupus flare-up that lasted over 7 months. My muscle aches are gone and my blood counts are now registering normal.
I have severe vaginal burning from dryness why don't I hear to much about this it's always about painful sex I am not having sex dr put me on Premarin cream and it's is not helping and the burning is still there and lots of anxiety can anyone help?

My mother and 1 aunt had early onset of Alzheimers. both took premarin. I have read and studied that HRT's like premarin have a high risk of dementia and heart disease? since my dad had heart disease and most of his siblings and family have had heart problems I am worried.

My doctor, who is a OB/GYN, preformed the surgery and after placed me on Premarin. I've had some mild pain in my shoulder blades going up on both sides of my neck and my right ear always, every day for years has felt partially clogged. I had a total hysterectomy 20 years ago. I was prescribed Premarin daily which I took for the next 15 year until the scare of it being direclty involved in the cause of some breast cancers. I stopped immediately. I have fought the battle of hot flashes for the past 6 years and they are starting to taper off. I am now 61 years old. But I have have an increasing problem with hair loss.
where do I go from here? When I was not on hormones I was moody, tired, and lots of joint pain. Also tons of memory fog and just not myself. Please someone tell me where to go from here. Did the blood test route, etc., took whopping doses of Viatmin D and got put on Premarin, the lowest dose. I did not do well on that. I became actually worse, emotionally and it didn't help the sweats, irritability or anything. My doctor told me to try Estroven, and it's better, but I still feel like crap. I don't sleep well at all, I am irritable and snappish and that is NOT my personality. A friend told me she was in a similar state and took bio-identicals.
Hello: hoping somebody can help me. I have been on Premarin.625mg for 7 months and did very well. Before that, I had tried everything else with very little improvement. Before Premarin I was having hot flashes, anxiety, and terrible insomnia. After the first few days of taking Premarin, I began to notice great improvement. My hot flashes went away and insomnia disappeared. I had a few bumps along the way but then everything balanced out. Now, the old symptoms have returned with a vengeance.
Help... I had a hysterectomy when I was 38 and was put on premarin... I am now 48 and the Dr. took me off and put me on estrdiol... Its been a month and i feel like crap... I don't know if I should just try nothing for now.. I had a full hysterectomy.. I was good while I was on premarin.. Somebody please help...
