It was super painful going in and burned a little.
I had the same problem with my 1st pregnancy. At the time I didn't know what was causing it either, and was too embarrassed to ask my doctor. After going to medical school, I found out that it's because of the increase in blood vessels causing your vaginal walls to become engorged. For some, this increases simulation and for others, can be painful.
m 19 weeks pregnant and every time my husband and I have sex it feels as though the entrance to my vagina is raw. We're using lube but it still feels painful, like there's too much friction. Does anyone have any suggestions or know if this is normal? I'm not itchy, or sore at other times so I don't think it's thrush.
That's it. I'm 5 weeks into my pregnancy and sex HURTS. Not just sex, but even afterwards, my uterus is throbbing.
That doesn't seem normal to me. Anyone else experience this at this juncture?
i have been having braxton hicks contractions for about two weeks now, and tonight i was feeling very cramped and having a ton of pressure, over the last few weeks we would have sex when that happened because a friend told us it would help calm and relax the muscles that were most likely the root of the problem, however a few minutes into the sex i because very very open down there and my husband said it felt like water pouring down over him(sorry for the details) and not a creamy or egg white l
Sorry off track anyway he biopsy showed that I have liched sclerosis which basic causes everything in that area to narrow causeing very painful sex especially on penetetration. So i had to put steriod cream on twice a day for two week and then twice a week forever. But since then it has helped so much. I also was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis. I am preachin on that like its no bodys business. Because since I started treatement I feel like a new person.

My husband and I have not had sex since after month 3. It's just too painful so we ended up stopping right at the start or halfway. Lately the thought alone scares me so there is only caressing and kissing for me while on my turn I do the HJ. Blessed to have such understanding partner.
I have been told tough that the more your perineum is massaged (naturally the spot is rubbed by his P during intercourse, more flex the area for when in labor.
It hasn't been painful yet, but I don't remember the last we actually had sex. I think a few weeks. I have either been sick with colds, too tired, or in pain from something else pregnancy related, that I have no desire. I am sure my husband cat wait for baby to come and I start feeling somewhat normal again.
Im 31 weeks 4 days and have the same issue. I'm in pain 24-7, my hips, pelvis, and lower back ache. My husband and I had sex this morning (sorry tmi), it was so uncomfortable for me and as you stated kinda painful. I felt bad though b/c we haven't had sex in awhile so I wanted to give him some.
