They were good with me in high school - because I moved in with them for a while until my husband and I got married. But now she is treating me like I don't know how to take care of my children. I DO! She didn't like it when her MIL did that but I k now her and she is a kind woman. My MIL still says negative things about her - why? I don't know. I'm not sure of the laws but I will give you my experience I live in Missouri and was honest with my doctor and told him I smoked but once I found out I was pregnant I stopped and to give me thirty days and I would be clean. He told me the doctors office doesn't Check that and I need to worry about the hospital that they will check at birth to just make sure I was clean when I delivered my baby. Which wasn't a big deal since I quit when I found out.
Joe, for what its worth....if my kid was recovering from suregery and my mother was willing to baby sit, I'd really prefer she do it at my house. It is the surroundings that your child is most familiar and comfortable with. I'd break that news to my mother.... 'Look Mom, we appreciate you looking after jr., but can you come over here to watch him? He is recovering from surgery and we just want him to be as comfortable as possible. Here he has all of his toys and his own bed....

There is no easy solution for this problem. Sometimes a spouse will stay married but live separately to keep your insurance. Some employee based insurance require you live together. Unless you have a job it will be pricey.
I wish things were easier. The best thing is not to get to scared and freaked out. You will only make yourself more stressed. Try to investigate all options. I know it is hard.
if my husband said...i want a divorce...i'd be clinging to him like flies to sh!t. usually when a married person is like that with their spouse...they love them. they don't want a divorce. i know my dh and i are still super close and do just about everything together. we go on "couple dates" with our friends, we host parties at our house, play dates with our friends and their kids....even grocery shopping is done as a family.

I made my husband's grandparents mad because the only people who knew the gender were my sisters because they were doing a revel party. My sisters knew for like 2 months and it just about killed my hubby's grandma. I found it funny though. It was my decision and people had to live with it.

In the divorce paperwork they will set visitation. Idk what the laws are where you are but here in KY you can not file for divorce until the child is born. You can file for legal separation but that is it. I would go ahead and call a lawyers and see what the rules are in your area. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc.

I'm 44, my wife is 36. She had a total hysterectomy and has absolutely no sex drive. She didn't have any before either.

It would affect custody rights but seeing your children are raised that is not an issue. This is how it is in Canada, and our divorce laws are similar I think. I bought a book on law and divorce when I went through mine. It was enlightening to say the least.
We were **** poor broke so there wasn't a lot of marital assets. I did threaten him with all I would do to him if he didn't pay for the lawyer for the divorce though. So at least I got $1000 out of the dead beat.
I am currently going through a divorce and my wife is hsv2 positive. I got a hsv2 igg test done 2 years ago and it was negative. After separating from my spouse I then retested at 3 weeks from last exposure for hsv1&2 igm and hsv1&2 igg through labcorp and they both were negative. I then tested at 13 1/2 weeks from last possible exposure for hsv 2 igg and it was also negative. Is the last test conclusive and not warrant further testing?
