I have some sore on foreskin of my penis 3months ago, at first i'd go to doctor then he gave me ciprofloxacin, and it's getting better, and i was stopped the dosage, that time the sore is happend again.
so i go to doctor again, he give me ofloxacin, it's getting better but when i stopped the dosage yesterday, now a sore is happend again inner foreskin of my penis.
so. . . what should i do? may be i was masturbate yesterday, i don't wanna go to doctor again,

Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It will not treat herpes, as herpes is a virus.
At this point you can test for chlamydia and gonorrhea 1 week post encounter, syphilis anytime after 6 weeks post encounter. Herpes and hiv anytime after 3 months post encounter.

Tosufloxacin is supposed to have more efficacy and a broader spectrum of action in infections. This should be more effective than ofloxacin in the treatment of prostatitis. However, some organisms like chlamydia are only weakly sensitive to this class of drugs and will need specific testing to identify the right antibiotic.
You may need to have another urinalysis done, preferably from a sample collected just after ejaculation. A prostate fluid analysis can also be done.
On 3/21/07 she had stomach flu,5/24/07 she woke up with a bloody looking eye it's ALWAYS on the same eye (right)on the inner part of the sclera & it never spreads to the other eye,she always says it hurts & it swells up a little. If all of this has to do with the Ofloxacin, is the dermatological response still to treat the symptoms of the rash with the Doxycycline, or is there a medical way to counter all of these effects (if due to some sort of Ofloxacin reaction or build up of yeast in the body)? 5 yrs started complaining of stomach pain and diarrhea four days back when the doctor prescribed ofloxacin and metronidazole suspension which had some effect in the first two days but worsened later.

The reason is that in a small amount of cases it has caused swelling of the brain. If you look at the label on cough syrup for children, even those typically recommend for age 6 and up (at least the brands I have seen.)

I experienced red spots on my glans then a few days later I was extremely fatigued. From there I had pain in my left epididmytis and shooting pains down my left leg. I went to the doctor and had an STI test 4 weeks after our last intimate moment and all was clear. I was then prescribed with anti inflammatory tablets. This eased the pain, however a few weeks later I had pain in my right epididymis that shot up towards my lower abdomen.
I checkeed with thedoctor with test report of urinalysis and blood CBC. In Urine,they found WBC of 33 and no bacteria..Gave me ofloxacin for 1more week.
I checked with a dermatologist and they said there was no rash or red spots in the penis

I'm a 40 year-old American living in Thailand. A few months ago I had unprotected sex with a female coworker. About 10-12 days later I noticed a burning sensation in the tip of my penis (it felt similar to when soap gets in the urethra). The burning intensified over the next few days. It does not hurt when I urinate and no need to urinate more than normal. There is no discharge - just a slight whitish mucous visible only if I squeeze the tip. Co-worker has no symptoms.

The reactivity of 13 quinolones (levofloxacin, ofloxacin, pefloxacin, enoxacin, moxifloxacin, gatifloxacin, trovafloxacin, sparfloxacin, lomefloxacin, ciprofloxacin, clinafloxacin, norfloxacin, and nalidixic acid) was tested in 5 commercial opiate screening assays from September 1998 to March 1999. In 6 healthy volunteers, we confirmed the cross-reactivity of levofloxacin or ofloxacin with these opiate screening assays.
