An EKG is not the most reliable way to diagnos RVH. This could simply be a lead lacement issue during the EKG that gave a fales reading, this happened to me. They will need to do an echo and stress test to be sure, but I would not get too worked up yet. WHne you mention she did other tests, were they diferent than an EKG? If she did an echo than that would be more accurate an would require further investigation.

Periventricular and to a lesser extent subcortical, and also a lesion involving the posterior limb of the left internal capsule. No brachium pontis lesions are seen.
