mupirocin what is it used for

Recently, these growths(?), pimples(?), rash(?), eczema(?),appeared on my armpits.Previously, I have had similar ... things on the inner-part of my thigh,and those have been reoccuring for over five year.The biggest growth on my armpit, is the most painful, it doesn't have a white head, therefore for I can't pop it. Aside from this, it swells up. The swelling has gone down at lelast 30% since this picture was taken.

it looks kinds like a swollen pimple...i dont know what it is but im very concern about it...it kinda hurts when my arms are swinging and my armpits rub against my arms...it doesnt terribly hurt but its like a little tingle...i dont know what to do...

The physician could not tell whether it was a bite, but was more concerned that it might be community-based MRSA and gave me a prescription for Mupirocin. I went to a dermatologist on Monday and again she was not sure what it was. The first lesion is nearly healed, but I've had about 3 others appear on the same arm which are healing. I had this once when I was young and I had never had sex . Mupirocin is the same as Bactroban. It is a nasal compound that my ENT has mixed for sinus infections. The eye is sore today. I have little vision in the eye. However, its pressure has risen, in the last few months, from from about 0 to fifteen. I will call my retinologist. Thank you.

yesterday the bumps came back and now im scared because it was brought to my attention that it could be herpes..ive been wit my bf for 3 yrs and he never had it..i have had minor sores in my mouth but i never cared too much about it cuz they were small..after looking online i saw herpe blister pictures and they look similar to mine as well as yeast infection by the mouth pics too..what could it be?

I have this rash on my neck. It started as a painful boil that never came to the surface. Now I have small bumps under the skin that feel like little balls if you squeeze them. The surface is red and bumpy. My doctor prescribed Mupirocin, but it isn't doing anything. It has been about 2 months since it first started.

The white portion has since been scratched off, or popped in the course of normal walking, daily activity and no it is simply a small red splotch. This does not hurt, itch, burn, etc. I have no burining sensation when urinating or any other symptoms. I'm sure that it an ingrown hair but to be safe you can go get a blood test and they can tell you if it is because it lie's in the blood stream. Also herpes is like a blister and is very sore for about a week and it itches like hell remember use safe sex you can never be to careful.

I was prescribed Mupirocin for a non-healing nasal ulcer. I used it for about 2 days then woke up with a bad headache today from the get go. I've tried everything I can. I have taken Tylenol TWICE, Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen in it, nasal spray, a Breathe Right nasal strip (since I do have severe sinus problems.) NOTHING has worked or given any relief.

I came across some soma and really do not know what it is for. is it a narcotic? is it addictive?

Well she had a surgery about 6 months ago and we received mupirocin ointment for it. I was curious to find out if the mupirocin ointment would have any affect on her sores? I know it's to fight infection and bacterial growth but I was hoping it would alleviate her pain and sooth her raw hot spot. Thanks in advance!
