Avatar n tn There is also too much itching on the skin in the adjoining areas and sometimes I just scrape up the blisters while itching. On doing so, clear blood is discharged out of the wound and pink skin is exposed in the place. I have been applying Miconazole Ointment, on the affected area, with little effect. I have only had sex with ONE girl few times, That was More than a year ago.
Avatar m tn As the title says... "What is this big zit-like swell in the inner-thigh near the pubis?" I have a photo also for more "visual aid"... I woke up this morning and realized I had that. Some puss came out of it. I am also wondering : -How long will it take for it to go away? -Is it just a "normal" zit? -Will it come back after it goes away? -Should I worry about having more appear in the next couple of days?

Avatar n tn Hello, These can be due to infected or clogged hair follicles or folliculitis. Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the skin. Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. It can be dealt with proper cleansing and frequent toning and moisturizing of the skin. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics.
616582 tn?1225068601 The ointment is called Bactroban (Mupirocin). So if you took the bactrim pill for your sinus infection you usually break out all over or at least on the chest. Perhaps you are allergic to the bactroban (mupirocin) ointmnet. Since you applied it locally to the penis area. Personally, I am allergic to the Bactroban (mupirocin) but not the bactrim. Let me know if you have any more quesitons.
