For the past 10 days I have had light brown discharge non-stop, bloating, and bad stomach cramps. I was on Azurette birth control for about a year and then I switched to Mircette(this is my first pack); so I was wondering if the switch could have anything to do with it even though they are basically the same birth control. I am due for my period on Tuesday the 29th. I am very confused as to why this is happening so I'm wondering if you have any ideas or explanations!
Also taking birth control (Mircette) continuously for period suppression (ie, only 4 periods a year -- 3 months of active pills followed by a one week break.)
I am having trouble interpreting my latest labs with my thyroid and sex hormones...

How is it that my T3 is elevated and the other be fine?
Hi, are you on birth control? I was on Mircette to regulate my cycle and because it wasn't "strong enough" I spotted mid cycle. I also spotted on the Depo shot so it could be birth control. You are not pregnant from giving a hand job.. unless you took the semen and inserted it into your vagina which I doubt you did. If you did have sex and just don't want to say.. then you could be pregnant and the spotting could be implantation bleeding.
If somone was pregnant and didn't know still taking birth control pills would they still get their period during the placebo pills ?

You must fell disappointd with these answers, because what you want know is if it's safe have sex with birth control pills. But even if you weren't underage, I would tell you that pills are harmful. Affect your hormonal system and aren't 100% safe.
If you really want to have safe sex, go to the gybecologist with an adult and your boyfriend.

Since you had unprotected intercourse but you are having birth control pills so chances of pregnancy are less. If you are apprehensive regarding the status of pregnancy then the status of pregnancy needs to be made clear. To confirm the status of pregnancy, I suggest you to test for pregnancy by a highly sensitive pregnancy test 10 days post ovulation with a sensitive ( 20 - 25 mIU ) pregnancy test.
m going to have her try going on birth control pills to see if it will alleviate some of these issues. She is not sexually active and this was totally MY idea. She's very hesitant about it but wants to discuss the pros and cons with the gynocologist. I used to take tri-lo-sprintec tablet generic for (ortho tri-cyclen LO) for the past 6 six years, but in Michigan we do not have it in generic form anymore. Therefore this month i started taking Eth estradi/norgestimate and I feel very lazy and sleepy all the time and I see that I have been gaining weight. Im taking the birth control pills (TriNesa) I started my first time taking it Sunday 28(August) and I before that I didn't had my period for about 2 months. So I started taking each day but now i got my period on the Thursday 1(September). I don't know if I should continue taking the pills? And can I have unprotected sex? Do I have risks of getting pregnant?

This is between you and your doctor but it is untrue that taking birth control pills 'has side effects on your whole reproductive system" unless you consider it doing what it is supposed to while taking it, preventing pregnancy.
I've been on birth control for more than a year, I forgot to take two of my pills and took 3 of them in one night when I remembered. The next day I started bleeding heavily and have terrible cramps.. is this okay?
