I use to take lexapro and clonazepam for the last 6 years. Pdoc said I should've never been on the lexapro because it was making me rapid cyscle, Now I take 25 mg of Lamictal (can't go up because pdoc is saying that it's making me manic), 50 mg of Seroquel, 900mg of Lithium and 1 mg of clonazapam. I actually use to have to take 3 mg of clonaz but I think the seroquel is making me not need it as much.

) My vitamin dosage (2 per day) has 18 mg of iron in it. I understand that iron is not recommended, but at what levels? Would 9 mg be too much? I could take 1 per day, rather than 2. I only take 600mg lithium a day and my levels range from 0.5 to 0.7 which is well within the therapeutic range. Each person takes a different amounts and what is a good dosage for one person could send another person toxic or leave their blood lithium levels too low.

My D levels have improved on 4400 IUs so perhaps if you have to you can go as low as 4000 IUs and still achieve therapeutic levels of D. I have problems maintaining therapeutic levels, probably due to absorption issues. Yeah, I think it's a good idea for all of us to be monitored periodically, every 3 months to track our D levels and adjust dosage as necessary.
