A 68 year-old white male presenting with pectus excavatum and blood pressure that averages 155/85 . What implications may be encountered regarding dysfunctional heart functions ?
X-ray revealed nothing, and I have been through chiropractic and physical therapy with marginal relief at best ( ~ 24 hours.) medications used include metaxalone, valium and ibuprofen. stiffness has remained constant, w/ a reduced ROM when flexing my neck laterally. I also occasionally experience shooting pain up the left side of my neck when i rotate my head in that direction. Neck remains inflamed and "cracks" often.
If you removed your uterus you wouldnt be able to be pregnant ever... I am not sure of the implications but i definitely know the previous to be true. Good luck!

We live in Illinois and my only options are to quit my job to care for her and loose everything we have including house, or place her in a nursing home which I cannot even bear thinking about. It seems that the government would actually SAVE money by paying a family caregiver (I am also a Registered Respiratory Therapist) rather than paying for the cost of a nursing home. Any such programs or grants out there for this type of thing in the state of Illinois?
Neither Skelaxin (metaxalone) nor Celebrex (celecoxib) cause dependence. Your body will not crave either medication.
You will not develop tolerance to either medication, nor will you suffer withdrawal symptoms in their absence.
The usual dose of Skelaxin is 800mg every 6 to 8 hours (three or four times a day). Do not exceed the maximum daily dose, and don't mix Skelaxin with alcohol, barbiturates, or other CNS depressants.
t scream or cry when its excruciating i often felt that the nursing staff and doctors thought i was making it up. I'm not sure if this is right diagnoses however don't know much about cysts etc could someone please tell me if these symptoms are normal shud i get a second opinion?
Do the implications of the surgery (including, but not limited to, the degree of voice/pitch change, the likelihood of developing hypernasal speech) change because I'm an adult?
The surgery will be 3/4 months away, so I have a lot of time to figure all of this out. I also assume that these issues will be discussed in the preliminary appointment, but I'd like to get on top of this and be fully aware of the implications well in advance.

I just got switched to metaxalone 800mg and i cant say if they are better or worse than flexeril as they dont seem to affect me either. I am afraid to take more than two since they are 800mg but it might affect me, if it doesnt work i think i will switch back to flexeril as i feel safer taking a higher dose, honestly just because of the size of the metaxalone pills, which i know means nothing but I heard flexeril is the strongest so if something will help maybe that will.

I recently had a friend tell me nursing bras with wire in them cuts off ur milk supply....I was wondering if thats true I like wire bras bc I have bigger boobs and it gives them shape but if it will cut off milk supply I dont want them....
I am looking for some reasonably priced nursing bras. My problem is that I have ridiculously large and out of control breasts. Pre pregnancy cup size was 36 DD. My cup size has already increased significantly, I'm not sure how much exactly I just know that nothing fits and i cannot seem to find anything that does. It was uncomfortable ans struggle sometimes using the regular bra. Like size, I seen some that go by cup size and others by small. Medium, etc. I seen other without wire.
