I am 34 years old. I had a tubaligation ten years ago. I have some clips in there. The tubes are not burnt or cut. I have always had regular, heavy menstrual cycles with pretty bad cramping. Until lately. Three months ago, normal. then two weeks later a very unexpected very wierd dark brownish bleeding that was extremely lite and lasted only two and a half days. Then, went five weeks with no signs or symptoms of cycle hapning. Believed myself pregnant.
A friend of mine had a hysterectomy a few years back, as a result of a severe endometriosis. Since this procedure, she has continued to have periods of extreme debilitating pain. Recently she had an x-ray that showed two clips that were left in her abdomen following the surgery. Oddly enough, the clips are in the EXACT same area where this pain emanates from. She has asked her OBGYN, who said that the clips are necessary and said it is doubtful that the pain would result from the clips.
In December I had an endometrial ablation done and since then I have had severe back pain on my right side. The xray only shows surgical clips on that side. I'm wondering if the doctor loosened my clips from my tubal ligation that I had done 15 years ago when he did this ablation. The pain is unbearable and only started after this recent surgery. Anyone have this problem or something similar? Please help!

I went about 6 months without a cycle but now am in the 5th week of a menstrual cycle. I am TIRED of it and ready for it to end but no end in sight!!! I've been having my menstrual cycle every 12-14 days for the last 3 months. My normal cycle is 5 days and I flow light however, this last one I was on it for 10 days!! Now I am will be starting again, because it's been every 12-14 days. What can this be? I am only 38 years old. I went to the doctor they took my blood, she is testing for Thyroid & Enima. I don't think it has to do with either one of them, but I will soon find out.
I am on day 38 of my menstrual cycle. I normally go between 26-28 days on my cycles. I have taken 2 pregnancy test with a negative result. I have NEVER missed a period without being pregnant ( 2 pregnancies). I have been taking Lexapro for the past year. I have stopped cold turkey due to was not sure if I was pregnant. My concern is not having a period with a negative result on a pregnancy test. I have been feeling dizzy, small cramps, tired, and moody. I am so confused. Anyone have any input?
Okay...so I was diagnosed with anemia in November, and my doctor put me on Feosol(ferrous sulfate) in December. I haven't gotten a menstrual cycle since probably 2 weeks before Christmas. Does the feosol or sulfate supplement counteract cycles and cause them to stop?
