Avatar f tn Hi all! I had posted something in Men's health related to this issue last week but now that it seems to becoming a little more clear that it's not a men's health thing and a general health thing I thought I'd post here. My general question is this: When I touch my chin to my chest I feel a very quick numbness in my lower right butt cheek near the Ischial tuberosity. It only lasts for a quick minute and then goes away.
Avatar n tn I answered in the men's health forum as well. Do you have any history of anxiety? Was this a one off situation?
Avatar f tn Heart attack symptoms By Eirish Sison   You may think you know what a heart attack looks and feels like — we're used to seeing movies where someone who has a heart attack clutches their chest and falls to the ground. But most heart attacks don't come on so suddenly or dramatically. The symptoms can be much subtler — so subtle that you may be tempted to simply brush them off or wait them out.
Avatar m tn Hello~I am requesting that this post be transferred to men's health, they will be able to help you better.
Avatar m tn Hi Motorspear: Although this is a great community and it deals with pain, I think your question might be better answered by the "Men's Health Forum". I'm sure that you're not the only one with this problem and other men that post in the Men's Health Forum might be better suited to answer this question. I hope that you find the answer your looking for. Others may post as the day goes on and you might get your anwer here...you never know.
Avatar m tn make sure to have a healthy lifestyle. dont eat the foods that are high in saturated fat and most of all the dangerous fat - trans fat. lessen your sodium intake. you should eat foods that are high in fiber.
Avatar f tn Hello~You will probably get more help in the men's health forum, I have put a request in for you for this post to be transferred there.

I think if you can really remind yourself, that you took a step for finding out anyway about your heart, and it came back GOOD, that will reassure you....
Avatar n tn I am a 55 year old male in good health and quite active. I play in a men's indoor soccer league as well as doing regular excercise. My latest blood tests came back with a Chol level of 219, HDL of 48, Triglycerides of 60, but an LDL (direct) of 159. I weight 170 lbs and am 5' 10". For the life of me I can not get my LDL down, despite trying low fat diets (except for almonds!) Someone mentioned that there are two subtypes of LDL and that one is bad and the other not so bad.
Avatar n tn You should post this in the sexual health or men's health forum.
