1285110 tn?1420147378 We just got a workout video that breaks up workouts like you have Tigerlily. There is a 15 min arm, 15 core, & 15 leg workouts. At the moment we have a roatating schedule planned that goes something like Day 1: arms & core Day 2: core & legs Day 3: legs & arms & then repeat. Should be interesting to see how it works. We can't keep up with the whole routines yet, but we try. The arm routine is a lot of tricep, chest, shoulder, upper back, & even more triceps.
Avatar f tn I'm a 20 year male old pretty okay shape I have pretty bad anxiety that is based around my heart ive had it for 3 years and I've had multiple normal Ekgs and normal blood test and chest xrays.
Avatar n tn I did not have tightness in my tricep, I have no use of my left tricep at all. There is no response of the tricep when I try to push with it. I had no injury other than the tight muscles. If I don't get any improvement from the physical therapy in 1 week I will inquire about other tests. Thank you for your responses.
Avatar m tn This was after an intense tricep and chest workout after a little layoff from the gym (few weeks off). It lasted for a few weeks going off and on then stopped. In December I started having little spasm/twitches in my right leg and then it bounced to my right forearm, back to my leg and even goes to my back in buttocks. Last week I did a leg workout that I haven't done in months and now I have twitching in my legs and it even tremors in my buttocks but has bounced to my back.
Avatar n tn This could be a long thread, my friend, so why not become a member and settle in with us? Just click to join. Painless, I promise, plus you can do private messages that way. I know that pain, yes, I know that pain, and I STILL get it every now and then, plus that dull toothache thing AJD mentioned. Of course, it should be checked (including the stress test) to rule out the usual suspects. Meanwhile, I'll tell you what I THINK I THINK, based on personal experience. Muscle pain. Yep.
Avatar f tn Hi all! I had posted something in Men's health related to this issue last week but now that it seems to becoming a little more clear that it's not a men's health thing and a general health thing I thought I'd post here. My general question is this: When I touch my chin to my chest I feel a very quick numbness in my lower right butt cheek near the Ischial tuberosity. It only lasts for a quick minute and then goes away.
Avatar m tn Does anyone know what the one best workout or workouts I can do for my chest, arms to grow an inch or 2
Avatar f tn Hi, im 31 and I starting to get back into shape. My big problem like alot of woman "I look like a line backer with boobs".lol I want to find a workout tape or exercise regime that will slimm my back and my arms. Im flying away over here with my wings....help.lol.
Avatar f tn I generally keep on a regular workout regime and understand the basics of muscle recovery....stretch, hydrate, etc. The problem is my thighs. When I work out it takes twice as long to recover and it is extremely painful for the first couple days. Every other target area, I experience the natural recovery process. For example, I worked on the back/tricep and was pretty sore the second day, but moved pretty quickly from there. I get it - there is pain involved and it takes time.
Avatar m tn does masterbating shrinks the body especially if i am a gym person and if i did a intense workout on my chest and biceps and 3 days later if i masterbate is that gonna shrink the body?
Avatar m tn I recently experienced a sharp pain in left arm as I was stretching. Now my left tricep and elbow is painful and sensitive to touch. I also get small boils/blisters (almost like festered hairs) on various parts of my body regularly. They can be painful. I don't know if the boils are somehow related to the nerve pain. I also sometimes feel like I am burning up but no fever. I almost always have sinus drainage. I am 34 yr old male. 6'0" 205lbs.
Avatar m tn t do any biceps or back exercises as they require the movement mentioned above. Pushing movements like tricep or chest exercises doesn't hurt. It's been quite a long time now. Do you think I may need surgery to fix this problem? Can it be healed with pain med and light exercises? If so do you recommend any exercise? Your advise in this regards would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
