i'm a 39yr old male and was wondering if there are foods or vitamins that will bring my sex drive up a bit.I remember as a younger man i couldn't get through a whole day without masturbating or,if i had a g/f the real thing.Now i don't get horny but once a week.Sometimes not even enough to bother..........you know.

Hi Jill. All of the questions you ask could be answered very simply by sitting down with your husband and having an open, non-judgmental conversation about your future together. It's possible that he is acquiesing to having children because of your desire to do so. Perhaps he's conflicted about this issue. You're lucky you wanted it at all lol I haven't wanted sex at all and I'm 31 weeks now. I still try to do it once in a while because he needs it but I still am depriving him. Just try and do other things to make him feel wanted still.

Yes! Once I got pregnant my sex drive went away completely. We have done it a few times cause I feel bad for hubby but every time I am uncomfortable, hard for me to get into it, and I cramp up really bad after.
