Ok , As daft has this sounds it feels like i have a nokia 3310 in my right foot .. every 2 ro 3 seconds it vibrates i really can't grasp it and i can't answer the call lol it's winding me right up !!

I have the exact problem. I have ADHD. I dont remember a lot before the age of 13, from then I had to mostly relearn everything I had learned in my younger years. Now I find it hard to remember anything I read, listen to, or try and study. I feel lost and confused since I am only 19 with this type of problem.

I have FM for over 12 years now, I've read numerous books, I belong to the National Fibromyalgia Network, The Fibromyalgia Association, and follow the latest research on many aspects of FM. These include, medical and pharmaceutical research. There is NO evidence that people with FM have brains that age faster. There is a neurological aspect to FM that can affect our brains. Our neurotransmitters may not be firing right to put it simply.

Not that I would wish any one on this post, especially you Dave, to have memory problems, but at least I feel more assured that it is normal. Thanks for responding.

Have you been diagnosed with anxiety? If so, this is not an uncommon symptom. Many of us go through the memory problems because of anxiety. Are you taking any meds? Sorry for all the questions. The more we know the better we can help.

So does anyone else have problems with memory lately? I feel like the baby is sucking my brain away. I keep forgetting so many little things. Luckily, it hasn't gotten me in to too much trouble yet - but one of these days I am going to forget something really important!

Hello, I am wondering if anybody has a suggestion of medications that work to help with memory problems associated with SCT that will not cause more memory problems or possible brain damage with long term use?

( Last summer i got 2,3 times overheating with no sweat, but not with highest temperatures(for example I was ok with 40C but not good at 30C ?, no problems with hot showers and sauna as well....until now) What do you think ?

Nokia~ Glad your parents know...now talk with them and ask for help. You will live through withdrawals but you need to stay clean and need support with that. You need to tell them the name of the family member who gave these to you. Do not cave on this. Do not take anymore pills. You WILL ruin your life... Get some Immodium for the diarrhea. Drink a lot of water and juices. The symptoms will pass. It's after that you need to think about!! You will be okay...

am taking abilify 8 years and suffer fom random memory loss, also have experienced uncontrollable shivering . Have major problems with the psychiatrist as they simply state no other patient has experienced those symptoms. The memory loss is fustrating/social embaressing but the 'shivering' is actually very scarey. Also keep waking up at night...4 or 5 am .Am seeking info/contact with other persons who may experience the same. Am 48 years old female.

i have had really bad memory problems for most of my life and was wondering if my conditions could cause this. i have points in my life, many, that i just don't remember at all and they aren't bad situations. everything from what i ate yesterday to a family member coming to visit from out of town, years ago, but i don't remember it ever happening. i'm so afraid of alzheimers when i get older but i don't think my memory problems fits alzheimers.

I have been out of the hospital for 6 days now, and I am attempting to return to work, but I am having a really hard time with my memory, I can not remember simple details from the weeks before this happened, and I can not seem to get my mind around simple tasks. I am experiencing various problems mostly with memory. I am 49 and was diagnosed a year ago with diabetes. My A1C was 6.5. I was very tired. I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat. All I had to do is sit down and start to relax. My brain was not working so well either. My memory was becoming almost a thing of the past. I was having what I call random access bad sectors. It would strike randomly and I never knew if I would recover what I just forgot.

Sometimes it seems like it's my thyroid and the RX for it helps, then it slips back again . Any suggestions? I am currently taking Synthroid and I was on Levo. I've had my doctor prescribe T3 also but I've stopped that because of migraine issues.

I was hoping for any success stories with memory/concentration problems being improved with celexa. I am now on 40mg a day (20mg for about month, now 40 for about 2weeks) i was wondering when i can expect to really notice a difference, so i can decide if it is working well enough or i should try something else. I also am having difficulty with language and memory, as well as blurred/double vision and headaches. MRIs of the brain show multiple lesions (13+), but the neuro says they are not in places typical of MS, nor are they the shape of typical MS lesions. I have a hereditary clotting disorder, erratic blood pressure and I smoke and she thinks that these factors, in combination with chronic headaches could be causing both the lesions and cognitive problems.
