Welcome to our Forum. The ulcers you describe are not related to your sexual contact 4 months ago. The only STD that might cause the sort of recurring ulcers that you describe is herpes and your symptoms do not fit with HSV.
For last three years , he has been having acute mouth ulcer probems. He gets around 2-3 ulcers frequently. In a month he possibly will have 20 days suffering from this problem. We have tried at least three doctors inlcuding our family physician and with all possible medicine, he still continues to have problem. Advice...
No worries here. Test results always are more reliable than symptoms in judging whether someone has HIV, because the symptoms of HIV are highly variable. I had an exposure more than 8 months ago and tested at 19 weeks and at 28 weeks and both were -ve. over the past few weeks I have been suffering from Mouth Ulcers under the tounge.
Is thier any chance that my tests were false -ve's? ( both test were done in hospitals )
Is thier any sub type that the tests are known to miss? ( my exposure was in Tailand )
What are the chances that I will test +ve on the 9 months test that I intened to preform next month?
m 35 weeks today, the past few weeks my tongue has developed these little ulcers.. ALL (ob, family and dentist) my doctors say they are normal with pregnancy and will go away on their own..
How many other mama's are going through this? & is there something you do aside from watching what you eat, to help?

Don't worry. I have mouse ulcers all the time. Well, not all the time. Sometime one in 3 months, sometime 3 in month. Doctors don't know actualy what causes this condition. They beleive it can be caused by stress and/or injury (like if you have habit to byte your lips), not enough sleep, poor food intake. When all this thing You put together (stress + injury + lack of goog sleep + poor food) you get low imunity which cause mouse ulcers. I have this ulcers since my childhood.
I am done with 21 injections but the side effects such as acute mouth ulcers and tongue blisters just dont seem to fade! Its pretty severe at times. Is this is a common side effect? If so, what can be the cause? I have tried a more than million gels,but nothing seems to cure other than the one that makes my mouth numb for an hour or so.
Secondly, fatigue which is observed suddenly, is actually bad and makes me lie on bed the whole day!
I got on suboxone in February with the expectation that it would help me stay clean by reducing cravings and that general opiate malaise, I'm sure we're all so fond of. I'll put it like this a literally hate taking my subs i always wait until I'm good and sick to dose, just because sub makes me feel so cappy now. Well that waiting opens up other windows, and I've fallen off the wagon a few times in the last 2 months.
