I heard prenatal massages are the works!

I cant help but envy some of you that are having twins. I had a miscarriage back in May - which I from what Ive been reading, a lot of you have had those too before becoming pregnant again and you're having twins. My us only showed one sac thus far but I doubt theres another with how accurate they are. Despite being jealous, congrats to those having twins.

Yes its safe I have a membership with massage envy they are a nationwide spa chain not everyone can do prenatal massage they have people certifiedan and lots of different kinds of pillows and things to help you be comfortable laying there while you get your massage I go about every 6 weeks

The ones that help after a car accident, not the massage envy local spa type. My therapist also suggests about 4 inches of padding on the bed. So I have a 3 inch foam topper and an egg crate topper on our bed. This is over our pillow top mattress. It hasn't taken it away completely, but it has helped.

m not sure where you live, but there are certain massage places that do prenatal massages. I would look around for them. I called a place called Massage Envy her in SC and they do them. I'm not all that able to do a lot of stretching myself, because it is very difficult.

I had numbness and tingles in my hands and at times in my legs also. For me, light excercise and a massage worked wonders. If I didn't have the energy for that, I would just move to a different couch for a few days. Hang in there. It does get better and it is worth it. I took my last riba 5 days ago and I cannot believe how much better I feel already.
