I cant help but envy some of you that are having twins. I had a miscarriage back in May - which I from what Ive been reading, a lot of you have had those too before becoming pregnant again and you're having twins. My us only showed one sac thus far but I doubt theres another with how accurate they are.
Despite being jealous, congrats to those having twins.
I was able to see Dr Alameda. I had a MRI that lasted one hour and I believe it measured the cranial pressure. Just so everyone knows, they are a Univ and not a Hosp so they can not give IV;s and meds in the IV's to help with anxiety. I met with Dr Alameda and he went over my old images that I had taken in March of last year and stated that he could see a blockage, but that the images were not that good so he could not tell how bad the blockage was.
The ones that help after a car accident, not the massage envy local spa type. My therapist also suggests about 4 inches of padding on the bed. So I have a 3 inch foam topper and an egg crate topper on our bed. This is over our pillow top mattress. It hasn't taken it away completely, but it has helped.
At bingo I won $1,050... everyone keeps telling me to pamper myself... I've never done this so what would be a good way to pamper myself... I've never been girly...so anyone have any ideas????
I worked as a massage therapist for the past 7 years at Massage Envy. I have never made enough money to qualify for Marketplace Insurance. I make roughly 14k a year. I had a car accident over 5 years ago that left me with two herniated discs in my neck that only cause me pain if I overdo certain exercises. My case was closed after physical therapy but no one would hear my plea for my shoulder.
I have that monthly membership thing for massage envy and they do prenatal massages.. I have my first one today and I'm super excited about it.
So I totally understand how u feel about feeling along and envy ones that are happy with family.

Yes, that too i meant. For myself if i even lay down to relax for more than15-20 minutes the pain kicks in. I usually jus roll over to opposite hip to relieve the pain temporarily.
Take time for you- get a mani/pedi, get a massage, take a nice bath, put on your favorite music, read a book you've been wanting too, light some yummy candles, have a date night with your man. I'm 31 weeks myself and starting to get uncomfortable too!
As sick as it sounds I started to envy her at how easy it must have been for her to get pregnant and then I felt just awful for feeling like that. I know we are supposed to keep are chins up but some times its just so darn hard, maybe its all these fertility meds talking.
It seems astonishing that you break up if you don't sleep 8 continuous hrs. during night. How long has this been going on? If I don't wake several times every night & remain awake from c.0430 hrs I'm surprised, but function OK ~ envy you being able to sleep so long. Maybe a good idea to check with your Doc. as to what's up. He should know. Best wishes.
