I cant help but envy some of you that are having twins. m not sure where you live, but there are certain massage places that do prenatal massages. I would look around for them. I called a place called Massage Envy her in SC and they do them. I'm not all that able to do a lot of stretching myself, because it is very difficult.

I had numbness and tingles in my hands and at times in my legs also. For me, light excercise and a massage worked wonders. If I didn't have the energy for that, I would just move to a different couch for a few days. Hang in there. It does get better and it is worth it.
