I want to know if this is part of healing and I have a chance of improving or will I need a enhancement. Is it possible that my eye does not get corrected after enhancement??? i am 30 yrs old female that had lasik 10 yrs ago.my prescription was -8.5 each eye and my corneal thickness was 535 mic. during the 5 yrs after surgery i had regression and my eyes now are -2 and -2.5 and it's stable for 4 yrs, i want to know can i do prk as an enhancement after initial lasik ?and am i a good candidate?i have floater and some times flashing but i don't have retinal hole or tear.

Took her to the ER and the general surgeon sutured her lip. Now it is indented and her vermilion border is asymmetrical. Do I have any options for correcting the scar or is waiting the best option?

Hello, I went back to my Laser Eye clinic to discuss my more blurrier right eye, and after checking was told that my left eye prescription is 0 and my right is -0.5 (1 year on after lasik surgery carried out for -1.25 prescription both eyes) I was told that the surgeon refused to perform an enhancement on the right eye as -0.5 difference is considered too miminal for an enhancement, and by performing an enhancement will have a risk impact if I need laser eye surgery in the future.

It seems as if my left eye is undercorrected. I am left eye dominate and my left eye before the surgery was stronger than the right eye. I also see a little more halos in my left eye. Am I undercorrected? How soon can I have the lasik again to correct it. To be honest, it is drivignme crazy, especially since my left eye was my dominate eye.

Can Lasik surgery enhancement make very small improvement in eyesight. My doctor recommends getting one of my eyes enhanced after Lasik. One eye (non dominant one)is 20/25 and I am OK with that but do wish to see better at a distance overall. I had a bad experience two days after Lasik when I had to get both eye flaps refloated to correct wrinkles or stryia (not sure correct spelling). This refloating experience was not pleasant and took a couple of weeks to really recover from. Now two months later I see 20/25 in my left eye. It is very slightly still near sighted but I would need reading glasses if only using this one eye -- I see pretty well for distance with this eye.
