Please tell me the meaning of the following phrases taking from the Findings of an MRI on my brains shown below. Background: I had two lesions treated with gamma ray knife "surgery" several months ago.

Findings: The enhancing lesion in the left parasagittal parietal region on image 15 of series 7 is minimally smaller, measuring 4 mm.
Can Lasik surgery enhancement make very small improvement in eyesight. My doctor recommends getting one of my eyes enhanced after Lasik. One eye (non dominant one)is 20/25 and I am OK with that but do wish to see better at a distance overall. The other dominant eye is 20/30 at best and does not see at distance well at all but does see up close pretty good.
Can enhancement on the dominant eye fine tune things enough for it to get to 20/20 even though it is already somewhat close at 20/30.
After discussing it with my doctor we agreed to replace the defective lenses with Tecnis Multifocal lenses. The cost of the cataract surgery is covered by my insurance. I am being charged $2400 / eye for the Tecnis Multifocal lenses. MY QUESTION: If the operation for my cataract is covered by my insurance, do the lenses alone cost $2400 each above the surgery?
Any advice on my treatment options or questions that I should ask the surgeon? Most of what I have read says that an enhancement surgery is the way to go. I am also having problems finding information about risks from enhancement surgery. For example, what are the chances that I make the corneal haze worse etc.
Any help would be appreciated.

It seems as if my left eye is undercorrected. I am left eye dominate and my left eye before the surgery was stronger than the right eye. I also see a little more halos in my left eye.
Am I undercorrected? How soon can I have the lasik again to correct it. To be honest, it is drivignme crazy, especially since my left eye was my dominate eye.

When I was a baby I had a mass of blood vessels in my lower lip that burst and as a result there was scar tissue in the inside of my lip which left a small raised puffy area on the surface that was a white shade. I had a plastic surgeon look at it and he said he could cut on the small indent that was already there and remove some of the scar tissue to improve the appearance.
I visited another doctor, who suggested small enhancement in left eye (-1.5), because he said my pupil size will be large in darkness. However, they tested pupil size being 5.5 mm (maybe in day light?) and the original surgeon said the ablation area is 6.5 mm. Also he said that transition zone is 8 mm. I have glasses and feeling is that starbursts are worse in right eye (+0.25), when wearing glasses, so the enhancement may not help.
I get very bad Dry Eye when working on the computer but am not sure if this is due to bad vision or just the Lasik surgery. However, if I got the enhancement I am OK wearing reading glasses as I know I would probably need this.
I just want to have the best distance and close vision possible. The monovision worries me a bit in that my dominant eye sees best up close and the non-dominant eye sees at a distance (this seems the reverse of what most eye doctors recommend).
I am having blurred vision with one of my eyes after lasik done a month ago. My doctor explained that it is due to cornea skin cells growing irregularly during recovery and I WILL get better. I am getting more distressed as I see no improvement till to date.
I would like to ask if my doctor's explanations is true? What may be the possible reasons for blur vision 1 month after surgery? And most importantly, will it recover?
I read that probably an enhancement operation may help.
I'll add re: lasik enhancement, I don't know if you meant generically laser enhancement since some surgeons seem to suggest PRK is a better post-cataract surgery choice for a minor tweak, but not all agree so I suspect it isn't a big deal.
Does anyone have any statistics on the relative effectiveness of MRI screening for tumors with and without a gadolinium contrast? I understand that the contrast increases the effectiveness of tumor screens because it lights up the gadolinium in blood leaking around the tumor. But I want to quantify this. With contrast, XX% of tumors are found. Without contrast, YY% of tumors are found.
0 cm,probably cystic(causing posterior acoustic enhancement),appears solid due to homogeneous low level internal echoes feeling completely.what are the reasons for this & whether surgery is the only remedy...?
