I do bladder instills, mines used to have heparin and lidoccainm I now use lidocaine, marcaine, solu cortef, and sodium bicarb. Heparin is a bladder coater and is good too. Honestly the first time I had it done it hurt too...,and didn't help a lot but it takes a few. Now them at home weekly abd the make a huge difference. One thing that did make a difference was switching to preservative free intill meds. If you would like the ndc numbers, let me know.

I catheterize the instillations daily at home...it gives me some sort of life..use lidocaine...heparin...and sodium bicarb...I can do tjis 3 times a day... The set up comes with packets of salt and a sodium bicarb (baking soda) combination. I also have instills made with MSM, which is like DMSO without the pain and the smell! thankyou,i am with contact of my doctor ,he said there is no solution for damaged vertibras,but calcium and vitiman d and alendronate sodium/cholecaiciferol tablets will help spine and bones from further damages but what to do with prednisones i cant stop them because of asthma and taking of them will damage other bones isnt there any other solution instead of prednisones, i know there is nothing accept these because my doctor told me:(
