Symptoms improved but did not fully go away. I just took another PCR test for MG and it has come back positive again!!!!!! I don't know what line of treatment to follow to get rid of it. Doc is advising Moxi for 7 days. On medhelp and online I've read reports of Moxi failure.

I was infected by Mycoplasma genitalium 2 weeks ago by a woman in China, Guangzhou. In panic i took first 200mg Levofloxacin x 3 days. Then Azithromycin 500mg x1day then 250mg for 5 days, and also 200mg Minocycline x5 days mixed with the Azi.
Im now on the day after my last medication day, and i still feel a small burning feeling in my right thigh, near the blatter. It is not a stinging burning pain. Just a small burning. Not really a pain.
I finally went to see my PCP and he prescribed Azithromycin and Bromfed. I took them until they were finished and neither one of them helped. I am now on Prednisone, an inhaler and Levofloxacin. The cough has subsided some, but it is still there. It is a non-productive cough and there are no other symptoms except some tightness in my chest. My PCP referred me to a pulmonary doctor. I have a pulmonary function test on the 15th and then my appointment on the 23rd.

I was given azithromycin for 6 days, ciprofloxacin for 5 days and flagyl ovules. I felt fine after the treatment and my doctor told me i did not have chlamydia. My life went on, i only was experiencing a mild yellowish discharge but i didn't really bother about that (too bad, my mistake).

Been on 2 months of Antibiotics - tried Clarithromycin, Levofloxacin and Azithromycin. MG PCR results have been pos, neg, pos and then neg again. Symptoms however remain. A couple of months ago, I was diagnosed with Chlamydia. I took the Azithromycin that I was given, and went back for another check a couple of weeks later, because I was still getting symptoms. The second set of swabs showed that I still had Chlamydia, and was this time given a 7 day course of Doxycycline to take. About 2 weeks after this, I was hospitalised for severe abdominal pain, leaving me curled up in a ball on the ground wailing.
In a test, ureaplasma urealyticum and micrococcus cristinae has been found and the doctor gave me doxycyclin for two weeks and azithromycin. since this therapy, the ugly smell has vanished on the whole. But some weeks later, I suffered from painfull cystitis. In a new test, staphylococcus cohnii/capitis and streptococcus mitis and, to my surprize, neisseria gonorrhoe (PCR) was found. I was given again some antibiotics (Metronidazole, Levofloxacin, Cefuroxime).
I took them and started to feel slightly better, but the he called me a few days later and said my STD test came back positive for Chlamydia. He prescribed me (4) 250mg Azithromycin. I took those, and my symptoms started to clear. A few days went by and I felt fine. Then I started to get sharp pains in my left testicle. I saw my doctor again and he told me that the chlamydia most likely spread to my testicular region. He prescribed me with a 10 day Doxycycline.
I was then prescribed 5 days azithromycin. They took a urine sample to grow a culture, but my sample was lost... Although symptoms almost disappeared, they never fully did and white discharge remains. I also still have the restlessness, and hope my kidneys are fine.
Given that the discharge is white, I assume I can be certain that inflammation persists?
