first I started with cefurixime axetil and levofloxacin as 5 days course and from today I started amoxyclav 1000 twice .
March 2017, globus sensation in the throat, ENT endoscopy check said it was reflux, Sept 2017 then gastritis, endoscopy came out negative for everything, I cured my gastritis with apple cider vinegar and probiotics. I have recently had a CAT scan that came back normal in an emergency room. Sometimes it is so intense I have to go to bed and take vicodin (2) so the pain will subside. It is usually pounding when I need to take the vicodin. My head feels like there is a ball rolling around on the inside and when it hits the walls of my skull it hurts really bad.
Careful with Levofloxacin. Sometimes the side effects aren't worth the benefits. I took Levofloxacin to cure a bout of pneumonia. Sure enough, the infection cleared up, but my joints ached so bad I could not raise my arms to take a shower, put my clothes on, bend to tie my shoes, get in and out of a car quickly. He drained the abscess and took a culture. The culture came back Anaerobic Growth, Light Actinomyces turicensis. Does anyone know what this is? Will I need antibiotics?

I now understand that levofloxacin can cure E. I thought it had to cure C or G, which would in turn cure my E. But it seems, though I'd like someone to confirm it if you have any knowledge, that levofloxacin directly cures E.

Epididymitis was cured by levofloxacin in 2 days but why and what caused my E in the first place?
Theory:
Maybe my scrotum skin was weak during sex and it got infected during the sex process, but not by any STD.
4 tissue biopsies were taken that later showed no evidence of carcinoma (phew!). I then took a 10 metrodnidazole course (specific for anaerobic bacteria – but there again, most colon bugs are anaerobic. Goodbye healthy gut bacteria) that had absolutely no effect.
