I went cold turkey off of 120 to 140 mg of hydro a day and what helped me alot with the RLS was to take a nice long hot bath with epson salt then I would wait like a half hour and have my husband rub muscle cream real hard into my arms and legs,then I would put icey hot
sleeves(got 3 boxes at walmart)on my legs(
knee area) and my arms(elbo),then I put a new bar of soap underneath my bottom sheet of my bed (where feet touch) and it worked a ton!
