I think a good walking shoe is probably best, but I find different styles (not brands) seem to more comfortable than others. I do like Avia because I need a wider "deeper" sneak to wear orthotics for support. I suggest trying on many brands and styles--it's well worth the time. I have already purchased several pair of my favorites when they are on sale!
Its also the matter of Man control plus different styles. In some styles i have very good control. so ask your boyfriend try all possible styles and find the one he has more control over. I easily go over one hour sex by changing styles. Openup yourself to your boyfriend physically and let him to do all the positions..
Yes, what SassyLassie said. This is what I get, as migraines are the culprit. The doctor told me that it's also a form of neuralgia. Make sure to keep all your hair styles loose, so you're not using hair styles that pull on that part of the scalp, as that will only aggravate the problem.

For some time (at least a year) I have been experiencing a heaviness/pulling in my scrotum that seems to be getting worse. It seems to be relieved somewhat by reaching in my shorts and adjusting (lifting) but unfortunately every time I stand and sit I feel forced to adjust again. I've tried multiple styles/brands of briefs with only minimal support success as they usually don't last more that an hour or two.
Any suggestions, ideas, comments appreciated.

Yes I have lymphadema so I wear the sleeve to bed as I tend to sleep on the affected side which makes my arm worse in the am. Someone told me wearing it to bed is unsafe for my heart. Wondering who can put a face on this question.

Like I said, there are different styles, schools, and techniques, and, out of the dozens, or even hundreds, of styles of therapy, there should be one that suits you more than others.
And, remember, even though your doctors (or you) may feel like giving up, your body is busy every day fixing, repairing, working (that's what scar tissue is -- your own body trying to fix things), so your body is changing every day.
I have 4 other family members with hashimotos, They live in different states, have different life styles, Few members have graves disease, some with thyroid cancers, one with Lupas and a partridge in a pear tree.. So I would like to think yes, that there is a hereditary factor there. All I can say is that this Hashimotos sure kicks your butt. It makes you feel like heck most of the time.
