I have been on Ditropan, then Ditropan XR (or EX, don't remember which is correct) and after about 10 years that didn't work, so my doctor put me on Enablex and that works pretty well. Then I got a new Dr. and he wanted to switch me to Vesicare. That didn't work well, either, and I began having episodes of incontinence and urgency again. It's almost open enrollment for Medicare Part D, and the plan that is the most affordable otherwise doesn't cover Enablex at all anymore.

On celexa, tried oxybutinin and myrbetriq. Gave me anxiety. Is enablex a good choice? Side effect of celexa was frequent urination. Eneblex only one that didn't cause anxiety, but side effects are bad. Anybody?

I'm not sure how to describe what I'm feeling or even if it's real or imagined from nervousness. My left side only...leg from about knee down, not feet and my left lower arm/hand feels "weird"...mostly at night when I get in bed and lay to watch t.v. I think my left hand feels weird when I'm typing, not fingers. I have no "pain" , numbness, tingling...just a weird, mild feeling. Sometimes a small shakiness.

I am considering the possibility that there are two problems. One is a problem with the prostate which is increased in size and is causing obstruction in flow. The other problem is on the bladder, which may be unable to maintain holding urine, so occasionally you wet the bed. It is simpler to think that the root of the problem would be the obstruction of flow, and so removal of the obstruction would solve everything. The Flomax is aimed at reducing the size of the prostate.

he has done urodynamics and also looked into my bladder through scope and said that nothing is wrong with my bladder and urthera,he first gave me vesicare for a month than enablex but condition still remains the same ,then i went to another general phyisican he sent me for x-ray of my lower back,results came out negative.my urlogist told me to go to neurolgist...

NP is a generic Amour. it's made like the old Amour was made before the reformulation,(TO the NEW Amour) it's cheep ask for it , might help, give it a try, most docs/ insurance love it because its a "so-called" generic but really it's a Acella pharmaceuticals, brand /copy of old Amour, works for me.

I happen to come across your comments as I was searching drugs for overactive bladder. I was taking enabled which I liked. Then I decided after a couple years to see how I did without it and for two years I had no urgency. Then it came back. I finished an unused bottle or enabled, but when I went to refill it, my newer insurance co. said no. So I HAD to try a generic drug, oxybutynin. I'm almost done with one months and it is just drying me out.

(Same as in Effexor XR) The patent on Effexor XR ran out about 8 months ago and now other pharm companies can make generic extended release Effexor. If you are on a generic, I think it is important to take the same manufacturers generic each refill. I take generic and it is as good for me. If you have a particular med that is problematic, your doctor may be able to write 'do not substitute'. Problem is insurance companies can push back but with appeals and a letter from the doctor, that is often enough to get it covered. I personally have not had any issues with generics.

t care what my Doctor said or any other Doctor. Generic Effexor is not the same. I was switched to Generic and now I am having the same side effects as when I tried to go off Effexor. The Brain Shocks and Nausea are terrible.

My insurance will only cover for the generic of Yasmin-does anyone know if it is as effective?

The uroligist put me on Enablex which has been working, and I am due to go back in two weeks......yesterday, I started feeling almost swelled up at the opening of the bladder.....I am embaressed to ask, is it possible that my bladder is dropping....it just doesn't feel right, and I don't know if I should just wait for the appointment at the uroligist, or call the gynecoligist?

My old lab needs a med for cough control, the next step is butorphanoo, but it is very costly. Can you suggest something else we could try?

I was on Lo Lo Estren and it was perfect but insurance wanted a generic so I was given a generic for Yaz. Now I am losing my mind! the generic in india is absolutely the same as brands, it is just cheap and easy chemicals.....so easy to do.

Hi, Oxycontin is the brand name for the medication and yes it is extended release. Now the oxycodone ER is the generic version and if that's listed on your bottle then your most likley taking the generic version. Your pharmacist will tell you which generic brand your taking. As far as I know only malikroft is allowed to make the generic form of oxycontin. When you get a generic your RX bottle will list the name brand and the generic name under it.
