Ya you may not need to throw up it may just be a sitting feeling in your stomach try some crackers and drink sprite from a straw

When did the vomiting stop? I'm 14 weeks and still throwing up daily.

The last meal has to be with 2 hours before you run...with one hour before if you are hungry eat a fruit or drink a tea..no more. Also don't eat too much fat especially in the day you have your workout.

Im the sane as renata. Most of the time When I drink water I throw up. When I drink it I add flavor enhancers which helps a little. But for the most part I just avoid it and drink juice or something else.
