Hi Everyone, I have been trying these for months and months but it doesn’t help me anymore. I am talking about six pack abs that I am trying to get. I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted).
I've been smoking for about six years. A pack lasts me 2-3 days. I can go a day without smoking no problem. Why can't I stop then? Am I truly addicted or is it just in my head?
So I'm 32 weeks. Moving house in about 2 weeks so to be safe I'm planning to pack my hospital bag. What did you pack to yours? Is there anything you didn't pack and need it? Was there anything that you pack and didn't need it? How many baby clothes should I take ?
I stopped birth control in the middle of my pack in March...I had a withdrawal bleed four days later and four weeks later I finally got my period, it's now September and my periods are starting to get normal again now, all of this is to tell you my experience after birth control, and to let you know it may take a while for your body to get back in sync with itself.

t quit with my first son, and now morning noon afternoon evening night midnight sickness LOL its just helping me really cut down I used to smoke a pack a day, now had the same pack for 4 days.... Just really need that morning cigarette, I guess I'm just gonna try to completely quit once and for all.

Now, I only smoke 3 or 4 cigarettes maybe two or three times a week on average, whenever Im able to find a brief private moment to take a break for myself in a way that wont offend either my wife or my workplace's sensibilities. -- I have to admit Im almost content with this arrangement, except that it make it hard for me to muster the willpower to go all the way and quit.

Thanks. I work at the hospital that i had it done at and called the lab one day to ask them. They said it's a send out to Nevada (we are in Texas) and takes as least 3-4 days. That's just for o bands the rest of it is done in house same day.
Im 16, female, i train allot and ive been trying to get a six pack for a while now and its not really working i can see some definition but im getting really frustrated, im not going to lie i do eat chocolate like around 2 chocolate bars at the weekend, do you think thats why im not getting my goal because of my diet?
