I am a 36 yr old male, who has dealt with being prescribed pain medication all my life for my health reasons. I had a doctor in Johnson City TN. He has closed his practice and has moved to California. I made the switch to a doctor who is brand new in prescribing suboxone. I feel the therapist does not understand or can relate to what it has been like to be an addict. When I found Suboxone it was a miracle.

Thank you for the help. I just came from a follow-up. The range from the lab is .450 to 4.50. After being on 25 mcg synthroid for 6 weeks my TSH was at 3.6. When I asked her if I should see an endocrinologist she said I didn't need to, the TSH was coming down and was within the normal range. Not as low as she would like but within the range. From everything I have read here this is not the way to treat this. I live in rural SW Virginia.
I was diagnosed at age 49 in May, 2007 with Stage II, 3 nodes positive. I had 4 rounds of A/C and 4 rounds of Taxol followed by 33 rounds of radiation. My doctor now wants to put me on hormone therapy. I am premenopausal but haven't gotten my period since July due to chemo. She won't put me on Tamoxifin because of a past history of TIA several years ago. She said I would be at too high a risk for stroke on it.
I have been told from the start that with a lumpectomy I would need radiation. I found out later about the hormone therapy. I want to know if this is standard of care for my situation. I had a 1cm lump including DCIS and ILC. My margins were 6mm, 1cm, 5cm, 6cm. The ILC was in a linear pattern and low nuclear grade. 4 of 4 nodes were negative for cancer. I am ER+ 100% and PR+ 90%. I am HER2 negative. I was told my cancer was caught very early and I should be OK.
Yes found out its do to hormone levels. I was having issues to. Best not to focus on it and it will pass.
Perhaps you have TN but the cysts are in addition to the TN and causing the tingling and arm pain. Do you have previous MRI's that show you didn't have cysts? Also, there is another great site that people help each other on:

The website does not tell you how experienced the vet is using stem cell therapy, but generally a vet should not have to be too experienced since it is just a matter of surgically acquiring fat from your dog and then injecting in your dog's stem cells, which have been derived from the fat. It does require two anesthesia's though.
A couple of members here, including myself, watched Robin McGraw yesterday speak about bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Did you know that women as young as their teens can have hormonal imbalances ? And that you can show signs of perimenopause in your 20s... feel horrible and be misdiagnosed with chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia ? And yet the medical field has failed us again on this other issue.
