Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.
So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.
The Parents Television Council last week sent letters to 340 companies that advertise frequently on TV urging them to stay away from the show unless the name is changed. The group argues that the title is indecent.
"Parents really do care about profanity when their kids are watching TV," said PTC President Tim Winter. "All parents? No, but something like 80 or 90 percent of parents.

I wish! I've watched about every marathon/ show on tv. We have about 100 movies and I'm about 1/3 of the way through them.
Hulu is a website that lets you watch TV on the internet. You can find old series, documentarys, movies, etc. It's a must have on your favs! If for nothing else than answering trivia questions fast! Sorry it took me hours to get here again Margy!
Let's see. I saw ' The Lone Ranger' and loved it. I am a huge Johnny Depp fan and love westerns. Also, 'Oblivion' was pretty good if you like sci-fi. 'Pain and Gain' was also a good one. Oh, and 'Snitch' was good and based on a true story about a dude from Missouri. That's all I've got for new stuff. I could go on and on with the old stuff. OH, and TV series. Gotta check out 'Shameless' (SOOO f'in hilarious and real!
