Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.

So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.

She has 26 animals 11 outside big unfriendly dogs that only she can interact with which is ok, 6 inside little dogs and 6 or7 inside cats now she lives in older 2 bedrroom 2 bath trailer which is fine but once you walk in door all you smell is cat pi$$ awful and her house is a plum mess something you would see on tv hoarders that bad. She loves her animals and takes care them but not house.

It's a shame that there is not more happening. The drug companies should be throwing some money in for the PR of this day. Mind you, there have been a lot of adds on viral hepatitis on Danish tv (I live in Denmark) for the past few months. I hardly ever watch tv, so I was pleased to hear that when my eldest son told me. Actually, I'm gonna check CNN and BBC, if there is anything on.

Lol my daughter watches TV now at almost 5 months! She watches bubble guppies and the Disney Channel shows. It's the only thing that stops her from crying sometimes!!

t want TV to be my babysitter but I hope she does see TV and dinner as family time if that makes sense lol

Canada is a pretty good place, i wouldn't change living here for anything. idk America jus seems like they think theyre better sometimes.. not to be offensive. im jus saying.. pple in America always make fun of us Canadians, cause they think we talk a certain way & we talk normal jus likee Americas. and they all think were dumb according to their tv shows of us... not being rude jus saying how all Canadians feel.

I just wanted to know your thoughts. I have a hard time going from reading to looking at the tv, its all blurry and I have to squint to see what it says vice versa. At the gym, while exercising, I cannot read the closed captioning on the BIG tvs they have all across the front of the room and i am only a few feet away. I get a headache almost everday and some lighting just plays tricks on my eyes. Do you think I need glasses? Or am I just going to waste 70$ on an eye exam? And also ..

But me I would just go to a family members and stay there for a bit. Hoarders have a weird attachment to their items.

I know exactly how you feel. The only rooms that aren't messy at my place are the bathrooms & the babys room lol! I work full time & when i get home I'm like why bother?.. Hopefully i get a day or two cleaning spurt & get it done!

m holding a shell up to my ear and the ocean is there ..Plus I get echos or hear twice noise when people talking or the tv..the higher the pitch the louder it is in my left ear..I went to doc here and was told my ear was clean not red no wax etc..so he said doesn't know what it is for now..having me take nasonex a day for two week..no cold here not even a sinus headache..
