Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.

So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.
Within 4 months I had gained around 60 pounds (went from 240 to 300) and the skin around the shaft of my penis began tightening over the head. A year later and now the head is buried inside the skin. I can no longer have sex or even urinate standing up. This condition has really taken a toll on me emotionally and physically. What can I do to correct this?
Hi, I noticed you answered a question for a woman who's son was born with a buried penis. My son got one right after circumcision at birth. He is now over a year old and still has a buried/trapped penis following circumcision. He was born lean and 2.5 weeks early at 7 lbs. There was no fat pad that we noticed at birth and his penis was normal when he was born - Gomco clamp was used. Immediately after the circ, it retracted like an innie belly button.
m 34 weeks and I wanna b thrilled about my little girl coming but it seems like every terrible thing that can happen has happened and keep happening. Last year I buried my grandmother, my grandfather, and my little brother. All within a few months time and as recent as christmas. Now my dad's cancer has come back for the 4th time after 3 years of fighting it...and it has metastasized. I don't even know if he will b alive for my daughter to be born.
He cant play Nintendo if you remove it can he, as for reading well if he cant sleep maybe tell him its okay to read with his own light on for say an hour the help him nod off again , no lego thats too stimulating, reading is okay , no TV ...If you unplug all the Electronics and tell him if he tries to go on them he will have to do without privileges,no TV or PC the next day.Its in your hands ,get tough on him ...its not good when he is tired and grumpy the next day ,you are the parent ...
My nieces and nephews live in my house. The little girl (Hope) is 7 months old. Today I was half awake and my mom came in my room and asked if she could put Hope in her saucer in front of my TV so she could do a few things around the house. I said yes. But you'll have to plug my TV in. I always leave my TV unplugged because I never use it. I feel back asleep before my mom walked out of my room. When I woke up for work, I asked my mom if she ever put Hope in my bedroom.
I feel bad for all the folks this this affected.
But really... what do ya do?
There're only (2) options, as I see it:
1) Make peace with the fact that when it's your time, it's your time, and happily live your life until Mother-Nature comes knocking on your door (and subsequently buries you under 25ft of mud)
OR
2) Move

My head is just so so so so so sore when i do it(try to do it) well.. when i was about 7-8 a tv fell on my head(im lucky to be alive) is that the reason why i can't do it HELP!!!!!!!!!!
Lol my daughter watches TV now at almost 5 months! She watches bubble guppies and the Disney Channel shows. It's the only thing that stops her from crying sometimes!!
The Doctor was checking his height and weight and doing a check up, when she said he has a buried penis. We are both quite confused (and slightly amused!). Does she mean this as an actual medical condition? Or does she mean that it was simply buried when she saw it? If it is an actual medical condition, what can we do about it? What are the options? We no longer have sexual intercourse, but would like to if we had the opportunity.
My son was born with buried micro penis and I am very concerned about his future. He is now 4 years old and very full of life. I can't stop worrying about this condition. When he reaches puberty and will start to realize he is different, when he starts to realize what other boys and girls are getting up to , will he be able to have a normal sex life when he is older? I can't seem to find any kind of 'cure' or rectification for his condition.
I had myself dead and buried in my mind. It turned out to be small, insignificant, and benign. Then 8 years later my gyno called me at school. I knew it was serious, because he never called, his nurse did, and it was never at work. Well, for some strange reason I took it all in stride. I never did become afraid, even after two operations and 6 months of Carboplatin plus another chemo I have forgotten. The human mind is a strange thing. It is frightening, especially when you are so young.
