Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.

So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.

She has 26 animals 11 outside big unfriendly dogs that only she can interact with which is ok, 6 inside little dogs and 6 or7 inside cats now she lives in older 2 bedrroom 2 bath trailer which is fine but once you walk in door all you smell is cat pi$$ awful and her house is a plum mess something you would see on tv hoarders that bad. She loves her animals and takes care them but not house.

Hello Doctor, I have recently developed dry eyes, with burning especially worse at night when I try to watch tv. I have to close them and just listen because they hurt too much. I thought possibly it was due to new medications I am taking but looked that up and couldn't find any info. I take Savella and Gabapentin. I am wondering if you would have any suggestions for me or know of any meds that cause this condition. I also take Verapmil, Lasix, Klonopin, Synthroid, Potassium.

This is not a question, but I wanted to post my blog on here for other people to read if they wanted to. I had a hard time finding a chiari blog that was kept up to date and was current, so I wanted to start one not only so that i could have record of everything, but also so that other people could read my story and see that they are not alone in this fight. I have tried reading before bed, not watching tv or going on the computer before sleep but nothing I have done (other then using unprescribed drugs, i know i know) seems to work. I just lay in bed going through the events of the day thinking. The act of trying not to think implies that I have to consciously not think which does me no good.

i just want to know what is wrong with me, my suspicions as to what it is is a brain tumor because i have constant non-stop headaches which my not be connected, but i saw this girl on tv who had the same symptoms and ended up having a brain tumor, i want to know what is wrong with me but my mom doesnt have insurance for me sio i cant go to the doctor anymore, what should i do?

Lol my daughter watches TV now at almost 5 months! She watches bubble guppies and the Disney Channel shows. It's the only thing that stops her from crying sometimes!!

t want TV to be my babysitter but I hope she does see TV and dinner as family time if that makes sense lol

She will twitch a lil bit when she is watching TV or relaxing. She seems to repeat things over and over till we ask her to stop. She will throw her hands around out of no where. She rolled her eyes and threw her neck back tonight at dinner over 6 times...ANY THOUGHTS??

I'm just curious what your symptoms were starting up, I'm on Day 12 and last two days upped from 5mg to 10mg, and am still having severe anxiety, of course, I am battling lots of health issues too. I'm just wondering if I should be feeling some relief by now?

But me I would just go to a family members and stay there for a bit. Hoarders have a weird attachment to their items.
