Help! I live in Tucson, Arizona.. we are having a really really bad allergy season due to the winter rains. I have never really had bad allergies, but about 6 days ago, my right ear started to fill. I went to the dr. on Thursday.. i'm on nasonex, allegra d and now prednisone. Nothing seems to be working! I feel like I'm going crazy.. suggestions?? He said my right ear drum was distended from the pressure behind it.. he also told me to chew gum and drink hot liquids.
I finish the first season in 2days & was so mad i had to wait this long for the second season.
Go get a probiotic normally found at your health food store. Make sure tonget you full amount of vitamin c. Get a vaporizer.
Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.
So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.
I know exactly how you feel. The only rooms that aren't messy at my place are the bathrooms & the babys room lol! I work full time & when i get home I'm like why bother?.. Hopefully i get a day or two cleaning spurt & get it done!
First of all, a history refresher... About 3 years ago I was hypercalcemic prior to a parathyroid tumor removal (very symptomatic with kidney stones, hypertension, very rapid heart rate, muscle pain, etc.), and after the surgery, I went through "hungry bone syndrome" and was hypocalcemic for about 6 months and experienced the hypo symptoms of tingling, muscle spasms, etc .
Well, the doctors shouldn't just be concluding without testing. They need to be thorough in trying to discover the cause so they can properly diagnose you & treat you.
Have they checked your blood sugar level during one of these episodes to make sure it wasn't too low? I believe you can even get a blood sugar check test yourself over the counter (diabetic section).
So I have been having somewhat frequent episodes where all the sudden I feel light headed/dizzy/close to blacking out. When it happens I feel like I'm having heart palpitations, & shortness of breath. I talked to my OB about it. When these episodes were first happening, I was standing. He said it could be from blood pooling. Makes sense except the night before my appt I had an episode while sitting down. He said maybe it was my sugar was low. I had just eaten.
For the last 3 years I have been experiencing what I call "episodes". When these episodes occur, it feels like I'm on a very bad drug trip. When they are severe, I can't function, and I can barely cope with anything. I have had every test imaginable, including CT scans of my brain. I was told everything was normal. The route that I was told to try was a to depressants. So, I was on Effexor, that never quite worked.
