I would call myself somewhat healthy, i exercise as much as I can, at least once a week, and i eat in small healthy amounts, but whenever I go on stares or ladders, most of the time getting up and walking after lying down or sitting I get super dizzy, my vision gets black spots which grow to cover my whole vision, i feel unbalanced and sometimes it results
