I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be contact dermatitis, sweat dermatitis, heat rash or fungal infection. Wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soaplike dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical calamine lotion is very helpful .Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps. For the itching please take some over the counter antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin.
Along with doxycycline I was out on imiquimod but I stopped yesterday because I felt as tho it was the problem along with I felt like I am gettin a male yeast infection so now I started putting lotrimin on my penis head and under and on that rash but the rash just burns. Also I am circumcised and the guy I got that oral from had no lesions on his mouth.

1: does this sound like genital herpes?
Since then the rash continued to get worse, is heat and sweat sensitive, he prescribed me an anti fungal which seemed to irritate the head of my penis and not do much for the rash, we have since stopped the cream and I was told to try using a powder and keep the area very dry and between that and a few home remedies (vinegar, yogurt) for yeast and fungal infections it is being kept at bay, and even seemed to be clearing up for a week.
so I went to get a yeast infection drug with miconazole nitrate. I have to say...so far it works great and I am only in the second day. Rash is almost gone but the itching and stinging comes and goes...is that normal? Should I expect those symptoms to stay a little longer, or maybe the drug just provides temporary relief? Please help...
Usually with a yeast infection you will have a white thick discharge, but not always. I'm wondering if this could be a heat rash. Do you work out a lot, wear thongs, nylons, anything you can think of that might be irritating you? Also, are you sexually active? If so, have you been checked for any STD's?
I have a butt-crack rash that won't go away, I thought it was heat rash from

It could be a yeast infection, or it could be Herpes. I suggest you try the remedies that Abby_baza18 suggested, and if the problem persists (you shouldn't have a constant yeast infection, if it turns out it is a yeast infection, make sure you change your underwear every day, shower daily and wear cotton underwear.

The reason I think it could be herpes is because a week prior to the rash I had a coldsore kissed my girlfriend and then she immidietly gave me oral sex could this transmitt the virus to my genitals or do you think it could be a heat rash, yeast infection or something else again its going on 4 weeks without any sign of letting up and i also have dry skin on the rash but the bumps are not breaking open or anything there just there could herpes blisters last this long without breaking?

Honestly hard to tell if this was your hsv1 going on, irritation, yeast infection or even poison ( I once had it really bad and laughed so hard at just where it showed up - you could see it in the shape of my fingers on multiple body parts - use your imagination....lol ).
I feel confident this was from heat and not keeping clean. The rash was reminiscent of a heat rash folks get elsewhere on their bodies. After keeping extremely clean for about 4 days, the rash went away as far as i could tell. No scaring, no spreading, no blistering. I could tell the rash was from walking where my skin rubs against itself.

This could be a yeast infection or even heat rash. Make sure that her pants are not tight and rubbing up against her. Try feeding her yogurt which will help if it is a yeast infection. Make sure that she is wiping from front to back and cleaning well, because sometimes this can cause irritation. Also make sure that after baths, she is completely dry before getting dressed.
