If I understand correctly, you always use condoms for vaginal sex, and otherwise only have sex in the forum of masturbation during massages. These are entirely safe practices. HIV and other STDs are not transmitted by hand-genital contact.
It's still wise to be tested for HIV from time to time, as you are doing -- not because of hand-genital contact, but in case of an undetected condom failure during riskier practices.

Hey guys, sorry for the last few post. I mean, aniexty got the best of me. And I know I shouldn't have been thinking outside the box. I finally come to terms with the whole oral incident. Because the first incident I got tested for at like 10-12 weeks after it happened.. And the most recent incident was with a ex.. Me going down on her.. I'm not even gonna test for that.. But I finally grasp that oral is of no risk..
Why is it that so many people have a possible exposure to HIV, real symptoms but don't test positive?
I've covered this forum top to bottom, with all sorts of exposures from seriously high risk (M2M multiple receptive etc) to no risk (Insertive oral)
Both this forum (9 years or so) and another site (8 Years) claim no single exposures have lead to anything serious yet.
s Thyroiditis is the most common cause of hypothyroidism, it would be a good idea to test for the thyroid antibodies. These tests are TPO ab and TG ab. Having Hashi's would explain some of the changes you have experienced.
While you are there, I also suggest that you get tests for Vitamin A, D, B12, iron/ferritin, zinc, selenium, RBC magnesium. Hypo patients are frequently low in these areas as well, so it would be good to verify/rule out those areas.
