I got braces and every now and then it happens that I hurt my cheek inside, but it heals quickly. What is the risk of HIV while kissing, if there is a small amout of blood from someone else, and I have this healed cheek ? It heals quickly, but it stays white for some time, as if you bit yourself. Should I worry because of this and braces, or there is no problem kissing ? Is it true that there should be much more blood in mouth to get infected via kissing ?

9 days ago made a mistake stupid. I had oral sex with a woman. After three days of that relationship came to me that I have a sore throat until today.According to Dr. Hook M.D.(especialist of MEDHELP) my case does not present a risk of HIV and my symptoms are too early (requiring at least 2 weeks)
However I think I'm infected and that my life is over. Why I am not yet recovered from the pharyngitis? Why symptoms began three days after oral sex?

No risk at all. HIV is not transmitted through getting someone's saliva on cuts or scrapes. In fact, you won't get it through saliva at all. HIV, in adults, is ONLY transmitted by 1) having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or 2) sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.
That is a really really rough one my dear. I am truly sorry for your loss. I think losing someone brings about one of the worse kinds of emotional pain.
