I agree with the above.. getting out and exercising goes a long way in getting those feel good endorphins to start doing their job.. Congratulations on giving up the H although wd ***** major.. staying clean is difficult.. You may want to check out a couple of meeting in your area like AA or NA They give you a lot of support.. I often wake up feeling good and then within maybe 2 minutes I start thinking about stuff and my thinking turns scared and fearful, my breathing often becomes irregular and then its downhill from there until I get my med fix (Tramadol + Klonopin + caffeine). After that I'd transition into my self-medicate mode for the day which includes food, caffeine etc etc. This still occurs after 20 years of therapy.

Quite often I feel down and like I'm being punished. What are the best things to do to boost my mood even a little bit?

I'm 12 weeks today, just one more week to go and I'm out of the first trimester!

So today after a long wait I finally found out for the first time ever that I'm currently 14weeks and 4 days pregnant with my first child ..

Im 22weeks and 4 days and haven't ever get morning sickness or anything like that, so different from my 1st baby. So happy to enjoy my pregnancy. Lucky one. Is there anyone who have this lucky pregnancy out there?

I've met my 'soul twin'. It is so awesome to finally find a 'place & understanding' of me, & my illness, without being viewed as a freak. I am happy, extremely happy. I feel secure for the 1st time in forever. I'm not meaning this to sound like bragging, I just feel like sharing some GOOD NEWS!

If u asked me a week ago I would have said I was miserable. I feel motivated to exercise, my sex drive is back and I just feel happy in general. Even my aches and pains seem to have vanished. I'm not complaining I just hope this feeling of bliss isn't short lived. Anyone else feel this way?

Everyone is excited and happy and i just dont feel it yet. Doesnt feel real to me. I was told i couldnt have my own and i was really ok with that. I dont want stretch marks or birth. Hoping that i change how i feel because i dont want yo be one of those moms that resent their kid.
