Well, when you are hypothyroid, it is common to be low Ferritin because you are low in T3 which aids in digestion. I am now taking Beatine
HCL with meals and adding in red meat, more greens, etc. However, apparently you have to be between 70-90 to tolerate thyroid hormone properly. Kidney and liver function is fine. So I guess Iron supplements it is :). I take all the Vit C, B, etc. you have on your list. My B12 is actually really good.
