hi, i would advise not to take both medications at the same time, the gas builds up when the nexium neutralises the acid in your stomach,also bacteria in your intestines release gas, i would advise that you cut down on sugar and sweets which is what bacteria thrive on.

I'm 7 weeks pregnant today! Ive been having a lot of pains in my lower & upper stomach. But noone can tell me what's wrong? And ill feel hungry, so ill go to eat & when I do after I feel worse. And my stomach hurts and I feel like I'm gonna be sick. I know morning sickness & nausea is a part of pregnancy. But I can't even throw up I just dry heave. For the past year I've been experiencing gas caused by anxiety. As soon as I feel the gas, get even more anxiety, which gives me more gas. Recently it has been happening during classes, causing me to have to leave the room in fear of accidentally passing gas. It has also occurred to me in other situations where I may worry about passing gas, such as when I am hanging out with girls. Although, when I am comfortable at home or with my guy friends I never have this problem.

Maybe it is the medication causing the gas? I constantly am burping throughout the day. Before my afib attack I was chronically constipated. Don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

i am suffering from allergic bronchitis since 6 months,its keeps recurring however lately ive realised even if i dont step out of my house i feel extremely breathlesness in evenings and night when im lying down and i keep burping the whole day,could gas formation be an aggravating factor??i have been slightly over weight so am on a diet,could gas be a cause for my breathing troubles?

As far as I know there are many modern medications for "flats" (gases). Excess of gas in the intestines are caused from taking a lot of irritating food or drinks or bad digestive process.

s almost like the gas moves to my chest when I lay down for bed (even after waiting 3 hours after eating) causing lots of pressure along with heartburn. Which wakes me up at night, causing diarrhea and a little vomiting too. This has been nothing like my last pregnancy with my son(he's 2). I almost have to sleep in the guest bedroom to prevent disturbing my husband at night with all the bathroom trips, please help!!!

Most gas medications they prefer you to wait till after the first trimester and one (I think it's beano) they prefer you to use as little as possible.

who did an endoscope and ruled out ulcer or any kind of stomach disorder. I even have tried all sorts of medications for reflux/gas like Nexium, Prilosec, Maalox, Gas-X, Zantac, etc. but NONE of them helped. I eat very healthy and avoid foods that are acidic and cause gas. To make matters worse, I started feeling very weak and couldn't pinpoint my weakness to anything specific until I took a blood test and realized my Hemoglobin level was about 8 indicating Anemia.

Hey, I'm female/22 For the past few weeks I've felt extremely bloated and constipated. my stule is usually yellow or green consistancy of clay or dark brown pellets. i have lots and lots of gas. may not be heartburn jus gas pain once i burp which is hard for me i feel better for about 15mins then preassure comes back in my throte. i pass lots of gas in the monings and at night. does not smell bad at all. just air. ive tryed anti gas medications which dont work. ive tryed everything it seems.

Yes, it could be causing gas and cramping. The artificial sweetener in the Crystal lite can cause those symptoms in some people. Maybe try experimenting by cutting back on the amount that you drink of it and see if it makes any difference. You may want to actually try cutting it out completely for a couple of weeks first and then gradually add it back in - that might give you a more accurate idea as to whether it's the cause of your problems.

I am a 28 year old female & have severe gas trouble since last 8-9 years now.I also feel pain in my heart when the gas raises itself up the body , I usually have to press the upper left side of my stomach really hard to release the gas , when it releases I feel relieved.I also feel my heart pounding really tough so much so that I can hear its lub-dub , this happens usualy after my luch which is usually full but occasionally post dinner.

Hi, I am a 37 year old female, and I suffer, literally, with Gas. I feel like my whole system is filled with gas, I constanly burp, and there is sometimes pressure on my chest. It affects the right side of my stomach and intestines the most. I sometime feel as if I can't breath. almost as if its in my lungs.
