I just bought clothes, are you having a baby shower?....if so, i would wait till after that even though its really hard.
Ive found some like on etsy and pinterest but they seem to vary in quality especially in reviews idk if I would want to order and them not look like theyre supposed to!
Made an appt. with neuro to ask about Aricept. Thought it would be worth a trying, especially since it's now in generic form. Don't want to be on it (mainly b/c of stigma), but would love to get some help with cognitive issues. Much better now than a yr. ago, but still not as good as should be. First thing I bought was a Winnie the Pooh bassinet. Some people say bassinets are a waste of money, why not just buy a crib.. Well I have a very small bedroom & I want to have my lil guy right next to me, so I'll have that for the 1st couple of months.. That was where I started~ Just bought a 3 pack of receiving blankets for swaddling & an on-the-go changing mat tonight at Walmart too..
I'm a ftm as well and due the 29 th of March. I've been shopping since we found out the sex! It's a girl! I bought all the big stuff I knew I would still need ayer the shower, so the crib, rocking chair, dressers, monitor! And just had my baby shower! Im the kinda woman who likes to be prepared!
There are some excellent web sites that have calorie counters, food journals, etc to keep track of what you eat, or you can go to the book store and buy a simple calorie counter. Whether you do it online or buy a book, you will learn what size a portion is and how many calories/portion. Do make sure you keep a food journal so you know where your calories are coming from.
Try to drink plenty of water and do get plenty of rest.
Exercise: the idea of a pedometer is a great one.
The phamacutical companies will not sell directly to patient. Not without a doctors prescription. This would leave them open for law suits which is the last thing they want.
Not saying you couldn't find it on the black market but you never know what you are buying. Mexico would be the place I would look to buy cheap Pharm drugs. I would not buy Telaprevir over the internet. Come to think of it I wouldn't buy any drugs over the internet.
