t know if iherb will ship to the UK? but I do know they do ship internationally b/c I get mine shipped here to Canada, if not that try and find the same products even if its a different brands, as long as they are pure without additives such as sugar, salt, soy, yeast, preservatives etc....you can buy at a human health/vitamin shop.

Second iherb. Great site, good prices, very quick delivery. There are a million internet sites if you know what you want. If you're not that knowledgeable, find the local small health food store with the best reputation, and this means no GNC or Vitamin Shoppes. Avoid store brands and discounters, as they use the cheapest ingredients that are often not well absorbed.

I'm also wondering if you've tried probiotics?...my Nemo who suffered from constipation d/t a constricture in his bowel was (still is sometimes) on lactulose. for the past 3 weeks I've been giving him probiotics and his stools are no longer hard and difficult to pass....so I have my fingers crossed that this will continue to work.
