You could also try adding an esential oil to your rinse water if there is one that won't cause a flare up of your eczema. That would add a little fragrance to freshen things up a bit. Vinegar on counter and cutting board when sanitizing. Vinegar and baking soda paste mixture in oven and let it sit before scrubbing. I never have used many chemicals to clean (except the bathroom). I felt it was still pretty sanitary. Some things take a little more elbow grease but you can feel confident about avoiding too many chemicals.

My son is going to be 10 in November and he has a body odor that is so bad, we have to make him shower when he gets home from school. He uses safguard soap and I know for a fact that he is washing his body. I don't want him to be made fun of at school because of this odor however, I have made him use deodorant also. They say women are made of sugar and spice...a man must've said it :( ok for the last few years I've started sweating more (I get hot flashes etc) but I can deal with it. It's the stink, funky smell I can't deal with! It imminates from my underarms and I'm pretty sure my chest area as well. I stopped using degree deodorant and many others over the years bc they do not work for my body. Arm and hammer and the age old baking soda is NOT working either.

I use baking soda for everything. Most tooth paste had baking soda in it to help with whitening. And lemon is a nature disinfectant. Plus helps with being morning sickness/belly aches. The only thing you might want to worry about is the acid in it effecting your teeth. Then again.. that's no different then drinking oj or eating pickles.
