It's yeast/fungal. My basset is loaded with it, they are prone to it with their body shape, not much airflow, lol. my beagle gets it too. Yeast infections are not sexually transmitted but can be associated with oral sex. So you could actually transmit them to her that way and then infect yourself. So this is a complicated question. Also, you could be getting it from just sweating during sex. The moisture may be causing you to get yeast or another fungus like joch itch.

To keep costs down find out the dosing and price shop pharmacy's as these are all human drugs too so any pharmacy will carry them. Coscto.com has really great prices and you don't need a membership for the pharmacy. Other things that can help is wiping paws down every time their outside. Shampooing twice weekly with Malaseb is great.

Usually, it takes a few weeks to get rid of a fungal infection when you use a medication that the fungus or yeast is sensitive to (that works). It usually is gone in a week it is a lot better. You don't always get peeling with it in the groin area. If it is an early infection where you just got it and treated it right away you may not get red or that red.

Hi, I am a 31 year old male and I took 2 doses of fluconazole to treat a yeast infection, I now have a rash coming up on the bottom of my feet only on the arches , ankles, wrist, hands, and arms. It is safe for you to take the Fluconazole. You may see some improvement in a day or two, but do not taken another dose of Fluconazole until well after a week if you still have any problems. Follow the directions that are on the information leaflet that comes with the medication. As a home remedy you can also, after washing and drying gently, you can apply natural set yogurt.
