flonase generic side effects

I tried it for a day or two but I could not tolerate the side effects, so stopped. I have had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment with my Dr. I will see him tomorrow. Meanwhile I now have an ever increasing heart rate and other symptoms mentioned in your website. How do I explain all this to my Dr?

I have had good luck with Benedryl (diphenhydramine) I am not crazy how sleepy and thirsty it makes me but just about all antihistamines have anticholinergic side effects. Sure, ask your doctor about it but my guess is that it will be OK. If it works for you now then I would definitely take it. It helps to have as many knows as possible when you are taking new meds & new rescue meds.

I am allergic to pcn. I am taking Depo Perva injection, Zyrtec-D qhs, Fluticasone 16GM bid (generic for Flonase,) Nitrofurantion100MG qhs (generic for Macrodantin,) & Ibuprofen 200MG as needed for inflammation.I have been experiencing almost constant swelling of my hands accompanied w/ an intermittent tingling sensation. I have frequent urination, extreme thirst, & bloating. I seem to be exhausted 90% of the time. I also have lots of varicose veins in both my legs.

Generic is not for everyone. The medication is the same but the base that a generic is put in is not. Levothyroxin had a very adverse affect on me. Tired, dizzy, and then only by what I can call them, brain flashes. I could see lights without having lights on. I knew something was wrong. When I asked, the pharmacy had chosen (Walgreens) to make a change to generic WITHOUT my consent because they thought it would be cheaper.

I was using it for my allergies my sinuses were so congested it was making my teeth and face hurt so bad and giving me a clogged ear with an ear ache. It did seem to help some but now she wants me to not use it for a couple of weeks to see if that was causing my nose irriation she said some people have that problem from using this product. So if it was the problem not sure what they will use for my allergies. It's always something lol.

The doc said it was a virus with Eustachian tube dysfunction . Sge put me on Flonase The sore throat went awar but was left with a persistent cough for a week . I would wake up and it was so hard to swallow because the Mucus in my throat was so sick. After the cough subside I started to have throat pain again when I wake up then it would proceed to get better during the day and then towards the end of the day it's uncomfortable to say the least .

I also experienced feeling difficulty swallowing, dry cough, dry throat/mouth -- all signs of a relatively severe allergy. Lots and lots of sufferers online have been asking about this.

I have called several pharmacies but they all have the blue tablets too -_-... Th side effects persist even after a month on the different pill forms too.. Any options left? Or must I suck it up and take a pill that makes me sick or discontinue usage...

I notice that the ingredient that in Flonase is the same (fluticasone propionate) as is found in Flovent.. It occurs to me that flonase might even work better because more of the stream of fluticasone propionate would hit the back of my throat and be swallowed, getting more to my esophagus and less to my mouth. The key point though is I can get flonase inexpensively, whereas the flovent is more than I can easily afford.

ve tried Flonase generic form and some other prescription nasal spry - too little help to be of value maybe no help. At first I thought the Flonase was helping after using for 10 days or so but if it did, it quit soon thereafter. As for the level of Coumadin/Warfarin, I get a coagulation blood test about every month and I am normally in range for an INR between 2 and 3.

I take melatonin, not nightly, but maybe two or three or four nights a week. I have tried to read up on side effects and have not found much information at all. I don't notice any side effects, myself. Since melatonin is a short-acting drug, and the therapeutic effects of it do not seem to last long at all, I'm thinking that any side effects would not last longer than a few hours or a day or two -- at most -- after you discontinued using it.

My body adjusted to the side effects over time. But what it also did was prevent my body from sweating, and I still feel cold all the time. Also side effects from the medications. Just a guess and a thought...angina can be a side effect of Synthroid (or any other brand or generic levo). Google "synthroid + angina" if you'd like to read up and see if that seems to be what you're experiencing. Do you know your FT3, FT4 and TSH levels? And the FT3 and FT4 reference ranges? If you're slightly overmedicated (as defined by FT3, NOT TSH), it could be causing this.

I've been on a couple of different SSRI's Paxil(generic) and now on Prozaz. I have noticed that my memory doesn't seem to be as good as it use to be. I've always attributed to getting older and having a ton more stress in my life. I've done a lot of research on SSRI side effects and have never seen anything documented about memory loss. Getting off of Paxil (if that's what you decide to do) is very difficult.

He had told me the SIngulair will not make me feel funny, cause anxiety or heart palps etc...yet I see there are a lot of negative side effects. Does anyone have any experience on this medicine or just how safe it is?
